It is extremely user-friendly in addition to having virtually everything you could ever need to manage a business effectively.

I would appreciate it if some fields in some reports could be changed, such as the time tracking fields. And one thing else that happens is that there have been instances where a staff members location wasnt registered. It may have occurred because they disabled location tracking, and I want to be informed about that so I can log them out. There’s simply no way of doing that.

It is not really an issue on their end, but the GPS feature is definitely heavy on your battery. This means I have to constantly recharge my devices to maintain workflow, which will ultimately shorten the battery life and incur a replacement cost.

Time tracking is critical for us to manage expenses as a small farming business. I found Clockshark to be very unique but still simple to operate. And the training sessions are really helpful. All my employees of various departments have had no trouble adjusting to the software. The best feature is scheduling, without a doubt.

There are some issues when entering time, but there isnt any notification feature to address that. Like, my employees have the option to add a note wherever a time-related issue has popped up, but they dont have a way to send me a push notification so that I know about the issue on a priority basis.
