We found it quite simple to get the hang of. When switching from one project to another, the time automatically rounds up so no odd minutes. Plus, the integration with accounting software through the web connector is great. I can even adjust reports to fit specific criteria like time per project or division.

The pricing is not very flexible. You have to pay extra for additional users which can get expensive if you're not budgeting carefully. also, there are no other modules apart from time tracking.

There was a way for staff to digitally approve their timesheets, lunches, total hours, overtime and all. The team mentioned they've submitted this as a product enhancement request, so fingers crossed it gets implemented soon.

The GPS tracking is really helpful, and I love how the app sends reminders to clock in and out. Customer support has been fantastic whenever I've needed help!

The reporting system doesn't let you customize anything which is frustrating. Sometimes when job scopes sync with Quickbooks, they dont transfer correctly and need manual fixes. It's decent overall, just missing some features we really need.

This tool has really helped us track employee hours more accurately and get better job costing data. The customer service response time blew me away and honestly the fastest I've ever experienced. Integration with QuickBooks works smoothly without much trouble. The timesheet layout is fantastic since I can quickly view each person's daily clock-ins and their weekly totals all in one place.

Cons

I'd really like more flexibility with overtime settings and being able to customize hours per week or pay period would be great. It would also be helpful to configure overtime based on provincial rules and add a banked hours feature for individual employees. The automatic break function has some issues too. When it's enabled and someone clocks out for break, the system occasionally gives them a double break entry. Then I have to go in and fix it manually, which is annoying.

Customer service has been fantastic. Coming from a completely manual system, this has been a game-changer for my daily workflow. The learning curve was pretty manageable and I really appreciate how well it integrates with my Desktop QuickBooks. Since I'm in it every day, having something this user-friendly makes a huge difference.

Nothing really bothers me about this. I'm pretty happy with everything it offers.
