Their customer support has been excellent and whenever I run into issues, they get resolved quickly.
Cons

Pros
Tech support here is absolutely fantastic. I've reached out several times and they always deliver. The platform feels really friendly and managing multiple locations has become very easy. I'm constantly finding myself relying on these tools more than I initially expected. Implementation was smooth and hassle-free for our business. I've already recommended this to several clients and at least two of them are thrilled with there decision to switch. Integration with our existing systems was simple too.
Cons
I find it frustrating that there's no export functionality for pages. When I need to share a timesheet with someone who doesnt have access, I'm stuck taking screenshots or paying extra for limited user access each month.

transition from our old system brought a huge improvement in time tracking reliability and we went from 70-75% success rate to 99% with clock-ins actually working. The interface is so user friendly and whenever I've needed help, their support team has been fantastic to work with.
Cons
I wish there was a way for clients to see just their location's calendar with who's scheduled each day.

“A necessary third-party solution
Pros
Super friendly and easy to use and fills a gap that ADP just doesn't cover. It's frustrating we have to use a third-party solution for tracking clock ins and outs after already investing in ADP but the support team here responds very fast and setup was amazingly simple.
Cons
Nothing negative to report, my team and I haven't encountered any real issues with this platform.

Managing my plumbing business got much easier with this time tracking solution. Clocking in and out is simple and I can quickly see who's working and their location. It's definitely doing what we needed after switching from our old software.

interface is really simple and our team picked it up without much training at all. Customer support has been outstanding, honestly the best experience I've had with any software company recently.
Cons
The constant notifications about clocking in and taking breaks are really annoying especially when I've already done both. It doesn't seem to recognize that I'm already logged in or that I just finished my break.

“A truly supportive transition

The support team and training resources are honestly what sold me on this platform. Navigation is smooth, which was crucial since our company was hesitant about moving away from paper timesheets. The transition ended up being smooth thanks to their comprehensive training materials, articles, videos and live help when needed. What really impressed me was the bilingual support with both English and Spanish training tools, plus the app itself can switch to Spanish mode. This made our employees much more comfortable with the change and less intimidated by new technology. They actually enjoy using it now and love being able to attach photos and notes to specific jobs.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about this software. One thing I'd love to see down the road is automatic clock-in/out functionality when employees enter or leave a designated geo-fence area. I get that there might be some concerns with auto-clocking features and it probably wouldn't work for every job site but having the option to enable this for specific users or locations would be really helpful.

Works great for our team members who are frequently out in the field. The sync feature has been reliable for us.
Cons
It has serious bug issues that customer service doesn't seem to fix. The owner keeps getting alert emails even after I've corrected his account and contacted support multiple times, while I can't receive the alerts I actually need. Support promised to resolve these problems but nothing ever happened. The timesheet adjustment process on the backend is really clunky too. There's no simple switch option when making changes & I have to manually adjust times and create a whole new sheet every time an employee forgets to switch tasks, which eats up way too much time.

“Powerful reporting, limited overtime

reporting functionality is something we rely on constantly for billing customers when change orders come up. We've set up specific tasks just for handling change orders.
Cons
The overtime calculations are very limiting. You can only set Saturday and Sunday as overtime or double time, plus the standard over-40-hours weekly setup. Since we're a union shop, our contract requires Fridays to be overtime too, but there's no way to configure that. I already submitted a feature request for more flexibility like being able to customize any day of the week for OT or DT rates, plus setting overtime after a certain number of hours per day or week. This would really help construction companies like ours who have different union requirements.

The integration with QuickBooks is smooth and all my time tracking for different jobs and tasks flows right through without any effort. Support has been outstanding too; whenever I run into an issue, the team jumps in quickly and usually resolves things within minutes.
Cons
I wish there were different overtime rules for pay periods with statutory holidays. I'd also like to choose which jobs appear in each employee's job list, right now I have to include customer headers but I don't want employees clocking into those. It would be great if the headers could be hidden from their view.

Cons
