ENCORE - DATABASE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
Pros

Let me highlight the main advantages of this software: Firstly, its exceptional data storage capacity. Secondly, it is incredibly user-friendly, even for those new to such platforms. Finally, it serves as the best choice for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Cons

Some of the drawbacks include slow processing time for a high number of users, higher pricing compared to other products on the market, and it's not a general product for manufacturing and service industries but more focused on the manufacturing industry.

Behind the times
Pros

This software feels familiar and is relatively easy to learn. The customer service is attentive and helpful, although there is some repetition in their efforts.

Cons

This product lags behind its competitors and feels outdated, like an old "DOS" computer compared to similar products. It is also frustratingly slow and lacks many desirable features.

Does for CRM what Apple did for the cellphone
Pros

When we started our business, we were highly selective in choosing a CRM. Having experienced various recruitment databases and endured difficult implementations in the past, we were determined to get it right from day one. Encore stands out by offering the same functionality as its larger competitors, while maintaining a focus on user-friendliness. Its ergonomic design and visually appealing interface with clear buttons and shortcuts make it a pleasure to use. Beneath this intuitive interface, you'll find all the tools necessary for comprehensive reporting and search capabilities, some of which I am still exploring. The fact that it can be accessed on a smartphone is a significant advantage. Another key benefit is its flexibility, allowing for easy customization to align with our specific workflow.

Cons

We haven't encountered any problems with Encore - Cluen hosts our version on their own cloud. Any minor bugs or glitches are quickly fixed in future updates, which are quite regular throughout the year. In previous companies, we wasted a lot of time dealing with crashed databases and similar issues, but so far, we haven't faced any such problems (fingers crossed!). Although face-to-face support is challenging due to the distance between us in London and Cluen in the US, their team is dedicated, professional, and passionate about their product. Despite support being primarily over the phone or email, their response time is quicker than most UK-based companies, often within minutes, even in the early hours of the morning in New York.
