“simple and instinctive after learning
Pros
It's very simple to use. After taking the time to understand it it becomes instinctive. You don't need to go through four steps to get where you want to go. You click and you're there!
Cons
The only 'drawback' I found is that when we use it for the first time there are a lot of options so it's a bit complicated to understand but when someone takes the time to explain it the site becomes very simple to use.

I love how convenient it is and the speed of the customer service. The app is easy to use and meets the vast majority of our needs.
Cons
The fact that certain improvements which seem basic to me haven't been implemented yet and which would greatly improve tasks like changing information (switching from one employee to another without searching, making bulk changes in employee profiles ourselves, etc.).

The things I like most are that it is easy to use, simple and has an awesome staff. The team is always finding ways to update and improve the software.
Cons
One area that is a bit frustrating is when having to send new login details out to employees you have to delete them first then resend them.

simplicity of this tool is great, I've never needed to ask anyone to locate the right information. Tracking overtime and vacation is easy and I always have the correct time on hand.
Cons
There aren't many negatives, perhaps adding more statistics for our timesheets could be an area to improve. I'd like access to additional data but the team is very receptive to suggestions.

What I appreciate most about this tool is how it gathers everything in one place, having all the information accessible from a single spot really makes my day-to-day management much simpler. I especially enjoy being able to submit leave and vacation requests directly through the platform while easily checking how many days I have left. It's easy, transparent and efficient.
Cons
It's not always convenient to find information. I frequently have colleagues reach out to me asking for help navigating the platform or locating particular sections and I end up guiding them through basic tasks. Adding a more user-friendly layout, clearer visual markers, or better labels would significantly improve the overall user experience and reduce these recurring questions.

Ever since everyone at my company started using this HR tool, I've noticed that processing and tracking time-off requests has become significantly quicker and more efficient. I can easily check my own leave balance, see how many days I have left and so can my teammates which really saves time and reduces confusion.
Cons
haven't run into any drawbacks while using this HR tool. It's a well-designed, comprehensive and user-friendly platform and I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation.

What I really appreciate is that all HR matters and leave requests are congreatated inside this tool. I also find the company's organizational chart very clear and easy to reference.
Cons
I have trouble locating specific information, it feels like details are scattered all over the place. I'd love an option to sign in without having to type a password.

Navigating the system feels easy and I like that employees receive notifications when approvals are processed.
Cons
One problem I run into is that only one supervisor can receive the team's requests. When that supervisor is on vacation, nobody follows up and approvals stall. As an admin, I would really like to get an email notification when requests remain pending approval because I don't check this tool every day. Without an automatic confirmation that a specific request has been approved, I can easily lose track of submissions. It would also save me time if absences and vacations could be combined, instead of having to go back and enter each one separately.

There are so many options to explore here. I find it a very good tool for getting work done efficiently.
Cons
So far I've been using it for four months and honestly the only issue I've had is with the weekday setup: when I wanted Monday to be my first day the app kept putting Sunday as day one instead of Monday which was a bit annoying.

The site feels very pleasant to navigate. I also find the customer support outstanding and the tool looks great visually.
Cons
We use this tool to compile our end-of-year statistics and honestly anything that would make exporting data to Excel smoother would be a big plus. Right now we can't pull data directly out of the tool which is a limitation for our reporting. Maybe one day that feature will exist? :)

Employee profiles, training and certificate tracking are features I find especially helpful in managing our staff.
Cons
Integration with timeclock software is lacking and there are limits when I try creating the organizational chart. Choosing employees in the certificate and training tracking is clumsy (why do ex-employees keep appearing?). I have to open each employee's profile to view notes and documents and I wish I could filter by those fields. For example, we added an allergies/dietary restrictions category but I can't see that information in any list.
