“centralized data with smart automation
Pros
Personally what I appreciated most were the thorough case tracking features, the centralized data repository, the smoother operational workflows and the automation of certain repetitive tasks.
Cons
Some modules still lack smoothness and I think they could be further optimized to improve the overall user experience.

“centralized case tracking is game-changing!
Pros
Tracking all my cases in one centralized place has been a game-changer ! no more jumping between systems. I really like the smooth, logical flow of steps for each matter and the automation of routine jobs saves me so much time and mental energy. Together they make the entire process feel efficient and under control.
Cons
Some sections still feel a bit buggy and could be further improved to enhance the user experience.

“clunky candidate management experience
Pros
Posting jobs across multiple platforms happens quickly for me. It's easy for me to send secure forms to candidates. The tech support team gets back to me fast and follows up regularly.
Cons
I'm not fond of the new candidate management interface. When I need to forward the newest resumes to the hiring manager, I have to scroll through the entire list of CVs to pick out the recent ones. Also moving around within the candidates table is very laggy and makes my workflow harder.

“User-friendly design with great support
Pros
For me the customer support really stood out and I especially liked how easy this tool is to use, its convenient interface and the clear way information is organized made a big difference. I also find the tracking and management features thoughtfully designed and they genuinely make day-to-day work much smoother.
Cons
Sometimes I find it hard to configure it to match our organization's specific rules, particularly when setting up automatic calculations for increased overtime rates or travel time hours accurately.

“Basic HR management made simple
Pros
At the moment I use this tool solely to manage employee departures, track absences and record workplace accidents.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is having to delete absences manually, one by one, I can't seem to select multiple entries at once which is quite annoying.

Pros
What I really love is that the platform is in French and developed in Quebec. I benefit from frequent updates and customer support has always been spot-on whenever I've needed guidance.
Cons
For my part I noticed there's no option to insert placeholders into certain communications although everything else is well structured.

“Multi-site job posting is quick
Pros
I like that posting jobs on multiple sites happens quickly. Also sending secure forms to candidates is easy and the tech support replies fast and checks in regularly.
Cons
I don't like the new layout for handling applicants. When I need to send new resumes to a manager I have to go through the entire list of all CVs to pick out the new ones. Also navigating the candidate table is very awkward.

The customer service>! I really liked how simple Folks HR is to use, its simple layout and how clearly the information is organized. The tracking and management tools are well-designed and genuinely make daily work easier.
Cons

For now I only use Folks for managing departures, absences and workplace injuries.
Cons
Having to delete absences manually one by one is currently an annoyance. It doesn't seem possible to select multiple ones at once.

The tool is in French (and what's more made in Quebec!) and being online means it gets frequent updates to make it better. Also the customer service is impeccable!

Overall the experience feels well put together and I really enjoy working with it because information is easy to access and the layout is clean.
Cons
I find the system's response times annoyingly slow, when I click something it can take several minutes before I actually see any change which is frustrating.

“Modern interface with short learning curve
Pros
The learning curve is gentle and I've noticed the interface looks clean and pleasant especially in version 2.0 which makes daily use enjoyable.
Cons
What frustrates me is the lack of shortcuts to return to where I left off, for example, there's no arrow to jump from one employee profile to the next so I have to go back to the overview and search for the next person every time which wastes a lot of time.

“All Hr activities in one place
Pros
Having everything I need for HR management centralized in one place saves me a lot of time. I can handle timesheets, expense accounts and disciplinary cases much more efficiently.
Cons
It's a pity that we can't integrate a scoring or clock-in style system directly into employee evaluations. Because of that limitation, I have to export my results into an Excel spreadsheet to compile and account for them manually.

Pros
Managing absences and vacations in one spot has been fantastic. I find the KPIs clear and employees really enjoy how simple it is to interact with.
Cons
We find the payroll module doesn't meet our needs, unfortunately. I'd like to ditch SharePoint entirely but we can't fully remove it because there simply isn't another place to store all the various pieces of information that aren't related to employees.

“easy employee lists and transitions
Pros
Accessing full employee lists sorted by any category makes my work smoother. I also find tracking arrivals and departures very convenient.
Cons
our payroll system doesn't integrate with this tool right now but that issue actually comes from how our own setup is structured. Also taxes aren't separated for expense accounts in our configuration which forces me to create a separate account just for those tax entries, adding extra administrative steps.

The ease of use and short learning curve is what I appreciate the most. Also it's visually simple and pleasant to look at (especially version 2.0).
Cons

Pros
Everything is in the same spot to handle HR. Whether it's timesheets, expense reports, disciplinary cases or other things.. it's essential for saving time.
Cons
I find it unfortunate that we can't add a scoring system to employee evaluations. I have to report my results in an Excel file for the final tally.
