Posting jobs across multiple platforms happens quickly for me. It's easy for me to send secure forms to candidates. The tech support team gets back to me fast and follows up regularly.
Cons
I'm not fond of the new candidate management interface. When I need to forward the newest resumes to the hiring manager, I have to scroll through the entire list of CVs to pick out the recent ones. Also moving around within the candidates table is very laggy and makes my workflow harder.

Accessing full employee lists sorted by any category makes my work smoother. I also find tracking arrivals and departures very convenient.
Cons
our payroll system doesn't integrate with this tool right now but that issue actually comes from how our own setup is structured. Also taxes aren't separated for expense accounts in our configuration which forces me to create a separate account just for those tax entries, adding extra administrative steps.

It's handy to have all employee requests, absences, overtime, travel expenses, training, grouped in one place. I can also pull stats for projects quickly which is a huge help for planning.
Cons
I do wish a few extra details and features were added to make handling the information even simpler. For example, I'd like the ability to log hours directly in the timesheet with a brief task description (for instance 8:00-8:30: description of the task) so entries are clearer. Also Tool 2.0 tends to bug out fairly often when I try to export time statistics which interrupts my reporting process.

The platform looks thorough and has a lot of useful HR content. I did experience difficulty logging into my account once which was frustrating and I wish live tech support were available for small issues.
Cons
technical support is slow and email replies take far too long to come through. Calling doesn't help either since there isn't any direct contact, they just tell you to leave a voicemail and then I never hear anything back. If they're never going to call, they shouldn't offer that option at all.

Cons
As a small team of sixteen we sometimes find that the platform's customization options are still limited, several fields and modules don't let us shape things the way we'd like. Since we are only sixteen people many aspects of the platform feel less applicable to our workflows and some features end up being less useful for our day-to-day operations.

Cons
I've run into a few shortcomings around reporting and how information is displayed. For instance, with long expense reports that include many line items and receipts, it would be a huge time-saver to have a single "download all" option instead of opening each row to fetch a receipt. Also vacation accruals aren't projected ahead of time so when people try to book time off they can't see how many vacation days they'll have available in the future.
