Tracking all my cases in one centralized place has been a game-changer ! no more jumping between systems. I really like the smooth, logical flow of steps for each matter and the automation of routine jobs saves me so much time and mental energy. Personally what I appreciated most were the thorough case tracking features, the centralized data repository, the smoother operational workflows and the automation of certain repetitive tasks.
Cons

The tool is in French (and what's more made in Quebec!) and being online means it gets frequent updates to make it better. Also the customer service is impeccable!
Cons
There's no option to add placeholders in some communications but the rest is well built.
