“fast and efficient HR operations
Pros
The platform feels fast and efficient. I find it easy to use which makes completing tasks much simpler.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike, the program is easy. My main issue is coordinating and training other employees I supervise, I have to carve out time to teach them how to use the system when or if they ever get a computer or tablet. Many of them don't own smartphones, tablets, or computers so I end up submitting their work time for them.

Pros
it has proven to be very user-friendly. I find it helps our company track every aspect of employees' life cycles reliably.
Cons
I wish there were a communication thread or reporting to administrators whenever a supervisor approves or denies a vacation or absence request.

Using it has been easy and I find it genuinely helps bring the team together and improves cohesion.
Cons
We had a hard time figuring it out, it definitely demanded a learning curve before we felt comfortable using it.

The interface is very clear and I find submitting leave requests super simple and quick.

For me it's really easy to follow and everything feels clearly organized and laid out.
Cons
it won't track my accumulated sick or vacation balances, only shows what's available to use across the whole year. I can't view updates in real time and I'd really appreciate a dedicated mobile app to check things on the go.

“easy HR requests and leave tracking
Pros
What I appreciate is how easy it is to send requests to HR and I can always see the running tally of sick leave and how many vacation days I have left at any moment.
Cons
I'd love for the Android app to actually work properly!

Pros
I am really impressed with how easy it is to use this system. There's so much functionality packed in, covering everything we need. Having all our info in one place has made tracking down documents so much quicker than before. I use the system daily now since it's our go to for all employee records and data. The sales team has been amazing to work with and they're knowledgeable and always quick to help whenever I have a question.
Cons
The lack of Indeed integration with the ATS is really slowing down our workflow. It takes way too long to get all the features up and running. Customer support isn't great either and it's all through email and there's no phone option when I just need a quick answer.

“Smooth tool that works
Pros
It's user friendly system. Having sick leave, vacation time and other requests all managed in one spot makes everything so much easier. The staff can submit their requests directly through the system and they can quickly check how much time off or sick leave they have left. Anytime we run into issues, the support team responds quickly.
Cons
I can't customize anniversary dates for bank renewals which is kind of limiting. Everyone has to use the same date and it doesn't work for everyone's needs.

“Efficient recruiting and easy solution
Pros
The whole system is really easy to use and the experience is smooth overall. The performance evaluation tool is definitely my favorite feature. Besides that , managing employee records, time off requests, vacation tracking and disability documentation has become essential for our day to day operations.
Cons
The expense tracking features feel a little too basic for what we need. The internal portal isn't as user friendly as it could be, either.

“Great Integration with Timesheet and Payroll
Pros
I really appreciate how it brings all our employee information together and lets us generate detailed reports from our data. The integration with Voil for timesheets and scheduling, plus our payroll system, EmployeurD/Nethris has really streamlined our hiring process. We're saving so much time! Store managers can manage their part of the hiring workflow and we in HR can easily access everything we need to wrap things up.
Cons
Some security settings for user management can be confusing and restrictive sometimes. For example, a store manager might be able to start the welcoming process and view their tasks but if we want them to initiate departures and see those tasks, we'd have to give them access to all employee profiles across every location. That said, I've heard there's a fix in beta testing, so this shouldn't stop you from considering the platform.
