UI is very easy to use and interactive. Moving around feels natural, so I can work things out quickly without any frustration. The layout is smart and visually appealing, which makes interacting with it genuinely pleasant. Compared with other products out there, the cost is noticeably more reasonable.

I've been using this HR platform for about two years now and it's been a total game-changer for our small business. It's a comprehensive solution that handles everything we need without being too expensive from onboarding new people to managing reviews. I love that it's our central hub for daily stuff like time-off requests, expense reports and company documents. Having both web and mobile access has been huge for our team which has people of all ages. When we were setting up, their team was great at training our admins and have kept supporting us. The best part is the software is so flexible, our employees just started using it without any training. In two years we haven't had a single problem. It's been a win for everyone.

The main drawbacks I've noticed don't ruin the experience but there are some frustrating quirks. We run multiple companies and I made the mistake of setting up our smallest one first. Now every time I log in, it defaults to that one instead of our busiest operation. There's no way to change the default so I have to manually switch it every single time. My pro tip? set up your most-used company first to avoid this headache! also the Outlook integration could be better. When my employees request time off, it doesn't sync to my calendar. I'm constantly hunting through different screens to see who's out and with multiple companies, that means checking each one separately. It really slows me down. I wish I could just see all the data from every company in one place.

seriously impressed with how much it's improved since I first tried it ten years ago. The interface makes everything easy, onboarding a new hire takes minutes, getting digital signatures on handbooks is simple and sending personalized welcome messages is a nice touch. It fit into my daily workflow perfectly. My staff loves the mobile app for clocking in and out and submitting expenses on the go. For me all the quarterly and annual reporting happens automatically so I never worry about deadlines or making mistakes. The couple of times I needed help during setup, customer support fixed everything within a day or two.

Can't really think of any major drawbacks. Then again my business is pretty small, so I don't use every single feature they offer.

I find the interface very friendly and easy to get around. Having everything in one place from onboarding to benefits to staff reimbursements, makes my work life so much smoother.

sometimes we run into weird payroll glitches. An employee's time off will be approved but they still get their regular pay for those hours so they basically get paid twice. The frustrating part is that neither the supervisor approving the time nor our accountant running payroll can spot these issues beforehand. They just pop up out of nowhere with no warning.

I can't think of anything positive to say about my payroll experience. They promised me a refund but never actually sent it.

Their payroll tax handling was a complete nightmare for me. They messed up my tax payments and I kept getting notices from the state saying I owed money. Getting them to actually fix the problem took way too long. Their response time was frustratingly slow especially for something as important as taxes.

I can usually find my way around without much trouble.

Cons

They overpromise and underdeliver, every single time. When you point out a discrepancy with something that's clearly stated on their own website, they'll just flat-out deny it. And if their mistakes end up costing you money like getting hit with a government fine and they won't take responsibility. The same thing happens when their errors force you to redo work like regulatory filings they messed up. You're always the one left holding the bag.

Using this tool saves me so much time especially when I have to do quarterly reports. The customer service team is also fantastic and they're always there to help when I have questions.

Cons

Only thing I'd change is the custom report feature. The process for creating them could definitely be simpler and more easy.
