User interface feels really approachable on both sides... employees and employers alike. Tax filings have been especially helpful and the support for filing is genuinely strong.

Cons

It would be even better if they could also manage outside benefit plans for each payroll run.

It's really easy to use and I especially like the simple pricing model. as I get busier, my costs go up but when things slow down, the pricing decreases based on how many active employees I have.

Cons

It's hard to reach someone live when I need help but they're usually good about calling back.

UI is great and using it is simple. The product has been reliable and accurate for us for many years.

It would be great if it notified me when contractors submit documents. Right now, we have to keep asking them to let us know when their invoice is online.

It was such an easy platform to use. I didn't need any instructions and it was totally worth the price.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like about the platform. No complaints from me.

This product is great for small companies. It's easy to use and handles a lot of functions. It's perfect for small teams because it's not too complicated. everything stays organized in one place.

It's not the most powerful software and you have to poke around a bit to find things. But once you get the hang of it, it's very flexible.

It's very helpful for managing payroll and employee information. It automatically calculates taxes and pays so no need to do anything manually. adding new employees is easy and everything is saved in one spot.

some options are hard to find if you want to make changes later. The interface is clean but sometimes it's unclear where to click.

as an employee, I really loved it! It gave me real-time updates and let me check my most recent pay stubs, down to the minute. I liked being able to track it weekly.

Cons

The only downside is the delay. my paystubs are always accurate but I wish I could see a more real-time clock-in and clock-out experience.

Communication and tracking payments with it has been excellent. It makes everything so easy to manage.

It's easy to get the hang of, which is great, especially for ICa. In short, it's perfect for basic payroll without the extra features that can become confusing, like some older platforms Ive used in the past

It's simple but there are a few features that would make it better especially for organizing things. an aPI with google Drive would be a great addition.

Payroll has become nearly automatic for us thanks to this Tax filings, onboarding and benefits are all centralized and automated. The employee self-service portal is a huge plus for transparency.

Cons

The support team isn't always quick to respond, especially during busy hours. I'd love to see more customizable reports as well.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The platform was great to use but it started to feel a little less effective as our company grew.

One suggestion I have is for a visual screen-to-screen walkthrough to make sure everything is up and running and that features are being implemented correctly.

When I tried to explore more advanced features, it wasn't very clear where to begin. I think it could use more built-in help to guide me through.

Using the e-card with my phone is very convenient and I love that I can download it to any phone.

setting it up wasn't that easy. You either need to be familiar with it or carefully follow the setup steps to get it right.

It's is very user-friendly and interactive. Onboarding new employees is a piece of cake and it's easy to look up employee information.

The reporting isn't as good or easy to use as my accounting software.

all aspects are handled seamlessly, and their customer service is excellent. I've called them a lot and they usually fix the issue within minutes. They're really committed to improving their platform regularly. I love that they added time tracking for contractors and it makes paying people simple.

Cons

I'm not a fan of their a-la-carte pricing, as it adds a lot to the monthly cost for HR services, most of which I could easily find through a simple google search. I believe they could benefit from gathering feedback from long-term users

“handy interface”

Pros

The interface is very handy and the reporting tools are really helpful. I especially like the direct employee payments and the onboarding tools.

Cons

The only downside I'd point out is that it can take a while to get a response and some of the advanced features are only available on the higher-tier plans.

“extremely tricky to cancel”

Pros

It's a functional payroll service but their fees keep going up, which makes it not as good as it used to be.

Cons

We canceled our service before running any payroll in april but they still charged us for the full month. It has been raising prices constantly and you're stuck paying for a whole month even if you cancel early.
