I love the layout. It's easy to use, and every tab is clear and simple to use.

Cons

One thing I didn't like is that if I accidentally click away while entering time on the time card, it doesn't save what I've entered.

It is so tech-friendly! I always get prompt feedback via email if there's an issue with our payroll. It's a one-stop shop for our employees who are enrolled in health benefits. The app makes it simple to check benefits details and as a company, the dashboard gives me a clear view of what's being paid. adding new users is also very easy you just need some basic details to send an invite via email or text. I really appreciate this because it keeps employees confidential tax info secure.

Cons

I don't have many issues to mention. We use it for our clothing boutique and ice cream shop and I love how easy it is to manage multiple businesses under one payroll account. Very happy with It.

The interface is really simple and clean. It's easy to use and interactive. I also like how flexible it is and the categorization for employees is spot on.

Cons

I wish there was a better way to filter earnings and statistics. It could be a little more customizable.

It's very easy to implement and the reporting is fantastic compared to other payroll systems. I can easily download tax filings too.

It can be a little confusing for business owners to figure out the difference between the "owner" login and "employee" login.

I absolutely love using it! as an s-Corp small business owner, I had to run payroll for contractors and cut checks for myself. It made it affordable and easy. It really helped me look professional and I basically had my own payroll team thanks to gusto.

Cons

Right now, I haven't come accross any cons. It is exactly what I expected.

I like that it sends pay day reminders through both the app and email. It's very helpful.

I really don't like the constant ads for the wallet option on the app. It's a bit much.

Pros

gusto is an amazing HR app for employees to track paystubs, view documents and request time off. It even tracks how much paid time off is left. Plus you get updates like when someone's out of office, work anniversaries and birthdays.

Cons

some features can be edited and customized on the mobile app but you can't update them on the web version and vice versa. It's a little annoying.

Best part of it for me is how clean and simple the design feels and how easy it is to navigate. Everything is laid out in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.

One thing I'm not happy with is that it doesn't offer enough visibility into upcoming paycheck details so it's harder to plan ahead.

I also appreciated the built-in integrations, such as customizable questions (like a favorite food) for things like birthdays. On top of all that, it made tax time way less stressful. Pricing also felt affordable.

The interface feels user-friendly and pretty adaptive... everything is laid out in a modern way and it's simple to navigate. The automated payroll processing, along with the compliance and tax handling, has been especially helpful.

Cons

It's limited to the US so it's not usable if you're operating outside the country. Also, once you scale up to a larger team, the pricing can get pretty expensive.

It's simple to use, gives accurate reporting and handles benefits management really well. The way it ties everything together makes it feel effortless to get the information you need without jumping through hoops.

Cost runs on the higher side since pricing includes a base fee plus a per-employee, per-month charge.

Customer support has been fantastic.. responses are genuinely helpful and available whenever I need them. The platform itself is simple to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes everything feel simple. Implementation didn't take much effort either and setting up payroll through it is smooth. Overall, it's made my work much easier.

Nothing seems off, everything about it has been working well for me.

“efficient onboarding”

Pros

Love it! it made onboarding for my new job feel really efficient. I also like that all the essentials are in one spot, PTO, payslips, tax information and any paperwork I need so I'm not bouncing between different tools.

Cons

When I was uploading documents during onboarding, the system occasionally seemed to get bogged down but it was still far more efficient than emailing every single file to HR.

Pros

I really like how simple it is to schedule payments for contractors and it's just as simple to review my own details as an employee within my company.

Cons

Occasionally it's a bit tricky to find the specifics for past contractor payments and invoices. I also don't love that each contractor has a cap on how many payments they can receive per month... more than once we've had to bundle smaller payments into bigger ones for certain contractors and that caused delays.

Payroll runs without much hassle.

Cons

Got overcharged for a service I didn't order and when I asked for a refund they denied it. They also wouldn't let me speak with a manager.

What I appreciate most about this system is how simple and user-friendly the design is.

The thing I like the least about it is that you can't see upcoming paycheck details. That's been a bit frustrating.
