The payroll deposits always show up on time. If payday is on a weekend, the money hits my account on Friday instead. Love that.

The Wallet feature is cool but they change it way too often. It's hard to keep up.

It streamlines HR, payroll and all our employee tasks perfectly. The interface is handy for us admins but also clear for employees. Implementation was quick with no hiccups. Our team uses it all the time and actually likes it. Customer support has been fantastic and integrating it with our other business tools was very easy.

My price basically doubled back in 2022 which was a major bummer. I only run payroll once a month for one employee,so that hike hurt.

I like that I can adjust my own tax withholding online and sign everything digitally. No more paperwork! Having my pay, vacation time and benefits all in one place is so convenient. The Gusto savings account is a cool bonus too.

Interface looks clean and is easy to use. Reviewing all our applicants in one spot has been great for getting the team on the same page.

The time tracking settings aren't a perfect fit for us but support did help us find a hack. I just wish I could see all of one person's notes for the whole week at once, instead of clicking into every single day.

Pros

submitting payroll is incredibly smooth. I get notifications when the deposit hits my account which I love. The system even reminds me when it's time to update my tax info. Navigating is simple and changing my direct deposit was simple too.

The only con is that I can't update my legal name myself. I have to ask an admin to do it which is very inconvenient.

I think the interface looks fantastic and I find it really easy to get around. Whenever I've reached out, customer support has been very helpful. I also like that they keep adding new features all the time.

Honestly the reports are difficult when I export them. The formatting is just off and it would be awesome if that got a little upgrade.

It's cool how their pig mascot makes payroll less boring, she even changes with the seasons which is a fun touch! The website is simple and easy to use and the reports it creates are really comprehensive and simple to understand.

I'll be real, the interface threw me for a loop at the start. It took a minute to get the hang of it and switching over from our old system had a few annoying little snags.

I am really scrAPIng the bottom of the barrel to find something wrong. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be cool if talking to our teams in different states was even easier but honestly, they're already doing a great job with that.
