Navigation feels super simple and there are lots of options for running small business operations like payroll. It's clear where everything is and the controls are there when you need them.

Setting up the specific payroll features took a bit of effort but the customer support team made it much more manageable and answered questions quickly.

Standout part is that it reliably pays salaries on time, with no mistakes in tax or overtime calculations. The employee interface is especially strong... it shows a detailed breakdown of the actual hours worked and what's owed, plus extra statistics that make everything more transparent. I also really appreciate the real-time order documentation, it's been great for tracking orders quickly and without hassle.

Cons

No real complaints here. Even better, the mobile notifications aren't delayed which fits perfectly with how seriously we take getting orders out on schedule.

I think I had to wait on hold for support once longer than I wanted? But I'm not even 100% sure, it was that minor. Seriously don't let that stop you and this service is worth every single penny.

Keeping track of employee benefits has gotten a lot simpler since I started using It. There were times when I struggled to manage health insurance, 401(k) plans, dental and vision coverage but now those pieces integrate smoothly with payroll so I don't deal with any frustrating headaches.

We originally loved the price when our company was small, but as we've grown and require additional capabilities, the fees have become quite high. Still, the ease and features are valuable enough that it's worth it for our team.

I'd appreciate an option to pay international contractors a flat fee rather than having to work out and enter hourly rates every time, it would be great if this could be exposed as a toggleable user preference in the settings so we can switch it on when needed.
