Processing payroll is incredibly smooth and setting everything up was way easier than I thought it would be. The customer support team is really responsive whenever I have questions. I also love how smoothly it connects with our accounting software, no headaches there. The features are just perfect for a small business like mine.

I genuinely can't think of a single bad thing to say. I haven't had any problems or a single bad experience with it yet.

It's definitely on the pricier side compared to some other software out there. To be fair, you usually get more features here and the others can be harder to use.

The support is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes I get a great person who solves everything, other times it's super frustrating. I'd love it if I could just talk to the same team each time instead of having to re-explain my whole situation to someone new every single call.
