It made bringing on employees and contractors shockingly simple and dealing with end-of-year tax paperwork felt easy. The whole interface came across as professional and easy to use from start to finish. Staff and contractors were paid reliably on schedule, which freed me up and eased my mind while I handled everything else. When small problems popped up like resetting passwords or sharing documents . I was able to fix them quickly. It genuinely turned into my go-to solution for payroll, stripping away what could otherwise have been a significant headache.

I didn't face any real issues while using the service but it wasn't obvious how to pause or cancel things when our project finished. Our grant cycles run for about six to twelve months and then we go on hiatus until the next year, so I'm not keen on continuing to pay monthly charges during periods when we aren't processing payroll. Clearer guidance on suspending service would have been helpful.

there isn't much I can complain about. If anything is off, it's that I haven't explored all the features yet . there are so many settings and options I haven't tried. That's on me, though, not the software, it seems to offer a lot.

The interface is very user-friendly and really easy to find my way around. After working with ADP and UKG, I noticed this one was far simpler to learn than those systems. Our payroll support representative explained things clearly and was a huge help through every step. The integration process went off without major problems. Since we rolled the new platform out, staff adapted quickly and it has proven to be an excellent fit for what our company needs.

Cons

Customer service is great when they stick to their usual playbook but if my problem doesn't fit that script, I basically get left on my own. During our switch some of our data didn't migrate correctly, we lost phone numbers and work email addresses. It wasn't catastrophic, but I still think it's worth being aware of before you make the move.
