Running a new business has become so much simpler with this platform. It just handles everything I need without any of the usual headaches.

The basic plan has quite a few restrictions which can be very frustrating when you're just getting started.

getting a new business off the ground has become far easier thanks to it, it takes care of all the tasks I used to dread and removes the common headaches.

I find the entry-level plan imposes quite a number of limits, which gets pretty annoying.

Really shines with how simple it is to use. The interface is simple enough that payroll and HR tasks don't feel overwhelming even if you're not super experienced. Also, it has strong integration options..over 100 apps, including tools like QuickBooks and Asana.. so it fits into existing workflows instead of forcing you to start from scratch. The automated payroll features are also a big win since they cut down on mistakes and help you save time. Health benefits management is only available in limited states but when it is offered, it's still pretty comprehensive and easy to navigate.

Cons

Basic plan doesn't cover time tracking or next-day direct deposit which may be a dealbreaker for some teams. That said, you can connect it with third-party time tracking tools so you still get flexibility to customize based on what your business actually needs.

Genuinely impressed with how user-friendly this HR and payroll platform is. The setup process was incredibly smooth and easy. Since I work in HR consulting myself, I can confidently say this tool really helps align business processes effectively.

Benefits administration is where we get the most complaints from our team. That part could definitely use some improvement.

I love having everything for HR and payroll all in one spot. The time tracking feature works great and handling I-9s and tax forms is simple. Getting my paystubs is easy too! Moving between the different payroll and HR stuff feels easy and I didn't really have to learn how to do it.

Can't think of any major downsides. It really delivers on both payroll and HR stuff.

appreciate being able to check my available sick time just at a glance. Requesting time off is simple and I love seeing the countdown to payday. Getting a detailed breakdown of each paycheck is also a huge plus.

App is genuinely simple to use and the customer support team has been really knowledgeable whenever I had questions.

I just wish the QBO sync for journal entries included the class automatically so I wouldn't have to do manual adjustments in QBO.

This is hands down my favorite financial service platform we use at our small organization. The interface is so user-friendly that even our least tech savvy team members can get around without any problems. Their support team always gets back to me quickly and has helpful answers whenever I have a question. I also really appreciate how they keep the pricing affordable for organizations like ours that are on a tight budget. Plus, it seems like a great place to work based on how happy their employees seem. We've mainly just used the payroll so far but we're planning to try their other services next year. I feel very confident this tool will handle our growing needs smoothly as we get bigger.

There are limited options for customizing things for our nonprofit's specific needs. Would love more flexibility there.
