I've found that everything stays neatly organized and is very interactive, it has been an amazing help in keeping our workflow on track.

I find the layout incredibly user-friendly and all of the tools integrate smoothly so it's very easy to use. My team is able to submit time-off requests, pull up paystubs and hours and look over benefit details without effort, everything feels very fluid. Whenever I've reached out for assistance, their support gets back to me promptly and actually fixes issues instead of just passing me around.

Cons

I really wish there was an option for staff to record their mileage directly in the system for payroll reimbursements, because having that built in would simplify the whole process considerably.

After trying out a bunch of HR and payroll tools, this one really rises above the rest . it's the most user-friendly and visually pleasing interface I've come across. What makes it a great fit for our small operation is the ability to choose particular plans and optional add-ons that match our needs, which keeps expenses under control while delivering exactly the capabilities we require. Customer support has been easy to reach and quick to respond which has been essential when I have tight turnaround times. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about switching, especially smaller teams that want something simple and effective.

The timesheet view comes across as busy and cluttered, yet it somehow doesn't provide the level of detail I rely on. Since switching from our old system, I really miss having a breakdown that shows both hours worked and pay accumulated that visibility helped staff keep tabs on their expected wages and made it far simpler for me to confirm figures during payroll runs. I find myself spending extra time cross-checking things because that combined hours-and-earnings snapshot is missing.

I needed something simple for payroll and taxes when I launched my own company. This tool has been very easy to use, from the initial setup straight through processing payroll. I particularly like the twice-monthly reminders because I run payroll twice a month and they keep me on track. I haven't dug into the benefits or time-tracking parts yet, so I can't comment on those.

I'm really pleased with how easy it is to run payroll on It, processing payroll feels very simple. I get weekly reminders telling me when to run payroll which genuinely helps and keeps me organized. The way it ties into state systems, workers comp and my bank accounts works flawlessly and saves me a great deal of time.

What I don't like is the amount of time I've spent waiting on hold with support.

I find the interface unbelievably interactive, within five minutes I can pull up tax documents, review paystubs, or submit time-off requests without hunting around. Everything sits where you'd expect, the layout is tidy and visually pleasing and the UX feels carefully designed. Because of that thoughtful structure, moving through different sections never feels confusing and I go through tasks much faster than I used to.

from my pov everything behaves as it should and I can't really think of anything that needs fixing right now. If anything, the system just runs smoothly for me and there aren't any obvious issues I would flag or changes I'd demand at the moment.

My rep was amazing, they patiently guided me through every step. Since I'm running a 35-40 person company with no HR department, I'm stretched thin, but this tool hands a lot of those responsibilities over to employees so they can take care of things themselves. Our team can't stop talking about how much easier and more interactive it is than our previous payroll provider.

Having used multiple payroll platforms over the years, this is by far the easiest one I've faced. Tasks that used to take me hours now finish quickly and with much less effort. Bringing on new hires is very easy . a handful of clicks and the platform pushes all the documents to the new team member automatically, then alerts me when everything's ready for my review. I also appreciate the time-tracking and PTO management tools, they've been genuinely useful. State and federal filings are handled correctly and on schedule which gives me real peace of mind after the compliance headaches we had with our previous vendor. Their customer support stands out . the reps are patient, well-informed and never make me feel stupid for asking questions. Switching from our old system went more smoothly than I expected, with lots of help available. All of this comes at a fair price too.

The only real drawback I've run into is that it's not very interactive to set different vacation balances for individual staff members. It's possible they may have improved this since the last time I checked.
