Linking it with my state's Department of Labor and Employment for payroll tax payments was a little painful. I don't want to blame it completely since the state's site looks very outdated and glitchy but the experience still felt like the integration needs improvement. It would help if they could make the connection more reliable or even support screensharing so troubleshooting is faster when the state portal acts up.
