I've found It very flexible and really easy to get around. The customer support team has been phenomenal . we've contacted them often and they consistently provide outstanding, prompt assistance every time!

Cons

There isn't much I can fault. What I'd like to see is an easier way to modify employee pay rates day-to-day . since we tie pay to output, making daily rate edits simpler would save us a ton of time.

I can't assign a label to a commission payment when I create it, I can only add details in the notes but I'd much prefer a specific field where each commission can be properly categorized.

Having been employed at four different workplaces that each use their own payroll system, this one stands out for being the most user-friendly and easiest to use. The emails it sends look very professional and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Setting everything up at the start was also incredibly smooth and effort-free.

Over the few months I've been using it I genuinely haven't run into any major problems. If anything, the only small issue is that some people might not realize all the extra features hiding inside the account . things like spending trends, analytics and other helpful tools. Because I mostly rely on the email notifications for my pay details, I nearly missed some of these in-app features myself.

I'd rather not pay that $100 penalty when a transfer bounces due to insufficient funds . I'd prefer to delay an employee payout than be charged that fee. To be fair, that problem stems from my bank balance, not the software itself and I still think the platform is excellent overall.
