Pros
I was genuinely impressed by the customer service team. When I got in touch, the representative struck the right balance of friendliness and professionalism, patiently answering every question I had. They also sent a prompt follow-up email that included all the specifics I was looking for, which felt like a clear sign they truly care about delivering top-notch support.
Cons
Unfortunately, I'm unable to see alternative health insurance plans when I need to update coverage for life events and that limitation is really aggravating because it prevents me from comparing options at important moments.

“Quick & easy onboarding!
Pros
Setting up payroll and getting new team members onboard has been super easy for me. The wide range of integrations cuts down on our everyday work a lot, so things run a lot more smoothly.
Cons
The biggest drawback I've run into is that I can't add nicknames to bank accounts and that omission really complicates things for me when I'm managing funds. Trying to keep several accounts straight without custom labels gets confusing and disorganized fast. When you're dealing with multiple accounts across different purposes or teams, clear, memorable names are essential to avoid mistakes and speed up reconciliation. It's genuinely frustrating that such a basic feature is missing because it would make the whole financial management process much smoother and I'd expect it to be standard for business users.

“Great features but terrible support

To be honest, the feature set is strong and it grabbed my attention at first glance. Initially the platform really seemed promising and I felt optimistic about using it but everything went sideways when a billing mistake caused another overdraft by taking two months of benefit premiums in one sweep. They then refused to change my processing time back to what it was. I wound up speaking with seven different people trying to get it fixed, and none of them were able to help me.
Cons
Customer support here is, frankly, awful. Whenever I needed assistance, I learned to expect multi-day waits for replies and to be bounced between several people who clearly weren't coordinating with each other. Calling in means long holds only to be passed along to the supposed 'right department,' and then you end up with multiple representatives handling parts of your case over email. They routinely promise callbacks that never come and give the impression they show no real concern for customer loyalty or satisfaction. On top of that, they were responsible for multiple overdrafts on my account and never owned up to it. While the interface and feature set are reasonably good, any significant problem turns into a total nightmare to get resolved. After reading other users' reviews, it's obvious many people who ran into serious issues have left the platform. I got by okay for two years dealing with minor hiccups, but when a major problem finally occurred, their total lack of responsiveness and refusal to take responsibility made staying impossible for me.

It's so simple to use that even my kid could figure it out. I've found tracking hours, pay and paystubs to be easier than ever and having everything in one place is incredibly convenient. I also like the notes section, it's a nice touch.

While the system is easy to use it has its share of problems.
Cons
The customer service has been less than satisfactory. Responses to inquiries were delayed and payroll processes were unexpectedly canceled without notice. Former employees were not promptly removed from our benefits plan causing complications and financial discrepancies. This underscores a need for a more rigorous system to ensure accurate and timely changes.

Pros
Using Gusto for payroll benefits and insurance administration is straightforward from the start with excellent customer support.
Cons
The only downside to Gusto is that its limited to small companies. I like it so much that I want to use it with all my clients regardless of their company size!

The user interface for employees is acceptable and visually appealing.

Regarding Gusto initially I believed it to be a good choice despite a few minor issues. However there were significant problems with overdrawing my account which they rectified promptly. Despite switching our benefits to them they mishandled withdrawal dates blamed me for changes (even though it was clearly their error) and failed to take responsibility. They further penalized me for their mistake causing significant inconvenience. Despite their attractive features dealing with issues became a major headache leading me to discontinue using their services.

I find the clean interface pleasant and mostly straightforward to navigate.
Cons
The customer service provided by Gusto crucial for any HRIS is incredibly poor. Their chat service is often unavailable and when you do manage to connect they frequently transfer you without providing satisfactory answers. Engaging with their support team consumes excessive amounts of time due to their lack of knowledge and constant transfers.

“fast, smart and simple solution
Pros
With its clean, fast interface, this program has simplified HR and payroll work by consolidating everything into a single place. I've managed to automate many of our processes, keep us aligned with regulatory requirements and noticeably improve the user experience overall. Running payroll is much easier now because it automatically takes care of complex calculations, tax withholdings and bank deposits. On top of that, the customer support is fantastic.available whenever I need them and usually replies almost immediately.
Cons
So far I haven't faced any significant problems, but I'm still exploring all of the capabilities and it's possible there are some constraints or quirks I just haven't found yet.

Pros
I finish my tasks in less than five minutes every single time. Support replies very quickly, you get a response right away. I use this app weekly and sometimes every day and I haven't experienced any problems. There are plenty of features I'm eager to try. The switch was easy and adding it to our processes was very easy.

“Smooth payroll with tricky plan

Payroll processing has become so much easier since we started using It . running payroll and resolving any problems is now totally effort-free. I also love how interactive the reporting features are, there are numerous ways to extract precisely the data our team needs. On the rare occasions when I've reached out to support, they've been very knowledgeable and helpful. Their fast replies and clear expertise reassure me that dependable assistance is there whenever I need it.
Cons
The pricing setup doesn't quite align with what I need. The Simple plan is solid in most respects, however it only supports a single PTO policy . meaning I can record either sick leave or vacation but I can't separate the two within payroll. Because my staff receive both kinds of time off, I want to manage and report on them independently through the payroll system. To get that one extra capability, I'm forced to jump to the Plus tier which effectively doubles my monthly expense. The Plus plan includes a bunch of useful tools that would benefit many companies, yet my line of work is somewhat unusual. A lot of those added functions aren't relevant for us or they duplicate features provided by our industry-specific scheduling application. All I'm asking for is one more PTO policy option without being required to pay twice as much for a collection of extras I don't need.

What really makes me stick with them is their customer support, honestly it's the primary reason I'm still a customer. They take care of all the things my business requires and execute them effectively. While I was on a leave of absence I decided to keep my subscription because I felt confident they'd keep operations running smoothly without me. When I returned, the support staff welcomed me back with warmth and expertise, which reinforced that I had made the right decision. Implementation was simple and there are alot of features that suit companies of various sizes. The best part is it doesn't demand much upkeep or frequent logins from our team. I've used several competitors in the past and none come close to this caliber of service.
Cons
I can't really find any flaws so far and that's notable because we've evaluated three different vendors in this market. The two before them left me disappointed . one was merely passable and the other a real letdown. With this particular platform I honestly haven't faced any issues. Everything runs smoothly and their support team continues to impress me with how responsive and helpful they are.
