“Worth the cost!”
Pros
I appreciate that this is an all-in-one platform. We handle payroll, onboarding, time sheets and HR support all in one place. It's really user-friendly and as an employee, it's great to easily track pay stubs, PTO and sick time.
Cons
I don't really have any cons for how much I use the app. I feel like it's expensive for smaller businesses, though.

Pros
I really like the perks! They take care of everything. getting paid was never an issue and it's fast and secure. The dashboard layout makes it so easy to find my contracts.
Cons
I use it to get paid from different companies since I'm a freelancer. It works fine but it would be better if you could import contracts from companies that don't use the software.

Pros
This has been a reliable payroll software for both contractors and employees. The interface is user-friendly and all the features make it an effective payment platform. Onboarding new employees is very easy with this software.

Pros
With gusto, going through the onboarding paperwork was very easy. I could also access my paystubs without any issue.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about it. It's an awesome onboarding tool and I'll definitely keep using it.

Pros
I like how smooth it is to integrate gusto with other tools like Connecteam for running payroll every two weeks. It makes everything so much easier.
Cons
Changing personal info, like my address, to access money from gusto savings faster is tricky. I tried updating it, but it wouldn't let me. It said my address didn't match my card, and I couldn't fix it

Pros
It's so easy to see my upcoming pay and split my paychecks. I also love how it shows estimated taxes, so I know I'm being taken care of properly.
Cons
I love the software but I usually get emails and notifications hours after I've already been paid. It's kind of annoying, so I turned off my notifications.

Pros
getting paid early is such a great perk with it but when it doesn't work, it definitely creates a big headache for me.
Cons
sometimes the app doesn't work & we've had to wire payroll to clients, which means covering wire transfer fees.

The user interface is friendly and logical. It separates employees from contractors, making payroll automation very smooth.
Cons
I regret using this company. They care more about their fees than customer service. They messed up my Paid Time Off and blamed me without any proof. They even ignored my employee termination date, which cost me money.

It's really easy to use and I especially like the simple pricing model. as I get busier, my costs go up but when things slow down, the pricing decreases based on how many active employees I have.
Cons
It's hard to reach someone live when I need help but they're usually good about calling back.

as an employee, I really loved it! It gave me real-time updates and let me check my most recent pay stubs, down to the minute. I liked being able to track it weekly.
Cons
The only downside is the delay. my paystubs are always accurate but I wish I could see a more real-time clock-in and clock-out experience.

Payroll has become nearly automatic for us thanks to this Tax filings, onboarding and benefits are all centralized and automated. The employee self-service portal is a huge plus for transparency.
Cons
The support team isn't always quick to respond, especially during busy hours. I'd love to see more customizable reports as well.
