all aspects are handled seamlessly, and their customer service is excellent. I've called them a lot and they usually fix the issue within minutes. They're really committed to improving their platform regularly. I love that they added time tracking for contractors and it makes paying people simple.

I'm not a fan of their a-la-carte pricing, as it adds a lot to the monthly cost for HR services, most of which I could easily find through a simple google search. I believe they could benefit from gathering feedback from long-term users

We canceled our service before running any payroll in april but they still charged us for the full month. It has been raising prices constantly and you're stuck paying for a whole month even if you cancel early.

The app makes it simple to check benefits details and as a company, the dashboard gives me a clear view of what's being paid. adding new users is also very easy you just need some basic details to send an invite via email or text. I really appreciate this because it keeps employees confidential tax info secure.

I don't have many issues to mention. We use it for our clothing boutique and ice cream shop and I love how easy it is to manage multiple businesses under one payroll account. Very happy with It.
