“Makes running a small business easier”

Pros

Running a small business is easy enough. This just makes everything easier for me and I'm so grateful for that.

Cons

I'd love to get text reminders for stuff like running payroll. That would be super helpful.

It's easy to find what I need and I've never gotten lost in the system. Even tracking my pay is simple.

I can easily keep an eye on my hours and see exactly how much PTO I've accumulated. It's all right there.

It's hard to find any real downsides.

“smooth payroll and good notification system”

Pros

submitting payroll is incredibly smooth. I get notifications when the deposit hits my account which I love. The system even reminds me when it's time to update my tax info. Navigating is simple and changing my direct deposit was simple too.

Cons

The only con is that I can't update my legal name myself. I have to ask an admin to do it which is very inconvenient.

Pros

I think the interface looks fantastic and I find it really easy to get around. Whenever I've reached out, customer support has been very helpful. I also like that they keep adding new features all the time.

Honestly the reports are difficult when I export them. The formatting is just off and it would be awesome if that got a little upgrade.

It's cool how their pig mascot makes payroll less boring, she even changes with the seasons which is a fun touch! The website is simple and easy to use and the reports it creates are really comprehensive and simple to understand.

I'll be real, the interface threw me for a loop at the start. It took a minute to get the hang of it and switching over from our old system had a few annoying little snags.

Pretty simple to use and it's reliable. Whenever we need expert help, they deliver.

I am really scrAPIng the bottom of the barrel to find something wrong. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be cool if talking to our teams in different states was even easier but honestly, they're already doing a great job with that.

this platform so interactive to use. I love how transparent everything is.. it really puts me at ease. It takes all the stress out of handling payroll which used to give me a headache every single month.

Processing payroll is incredibly smooth and setting everything up was way easier than I thought it would be. The customer support team is really responsive whenever I have questions. I also love how smoothly it connects with our accounting software, no headaches there. The features are just perfect for a small business like mine.

I genuinely can't think of a single bad thing to say. I haven't had any problems or a single bad experience with it yet.

Rarely, the money gets put into the wrong expense accounts which is a issue.

Haven't run into a single problem the whole time I've used this. I'm honestly really happy with it. I've been using it as an employee for almost five years now.

I'm seriously impressed with how fast and professional their customer support is.

Wish there were more ways for us admins to customize things. We really need different holiday schedules for our different types of employees. Oh and a spanish option would be a huge help for some of our staff.

It's definitely on the pricier side compared to some other software out there. To be fair, you usually get more features here and the others can be harder to use.

I feel like I have to log in again every five minutes. I know it's for security but it drives me insane.

Website is really easy to get around and the email communication works well for staying in the loop.

The support is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes I get a great person who solves everything, other times it's super frustrating. I'd love it if I could just talk to the same team each time instead of having to re-explain my whole situation to someone new every single call.
