Despite its affordability Gusto offers a plethora of features making it a great value for money. It handles payroll taxes smoothly and aids in monitoring employee time and attendance which is beneficial for calculating employee benefits.

Year-to-date statistics on the Paystubs page are informative and easy to understand. Reporting address changes is also hassle-free.
Cons
While Gusto offers several extra features like Wallet Learning and Giving they might overwhelm users seeking a simple salary payment app. It felt less cluttered in previous years.

Handling payroll with it has been remarkably easy! When I make a mistake, correcting it rarely becomes a big ordeal. The layout is user-friendly and I can quickly locate what I need without getting trapped in confusing or cluttered menu structures.
Cons

The support crew also stands out, I usually reach out via live chat and almost always get fast, useful answers. There are several ways to contact them which is handy. All told, I'm truly impressed by how well this solution performs.
Cons
The fees start to stack up if I run payments for a large number of contractors through the platform. I'd really like to see stronger accounts payable capabilities and more reliable invoice management tools added as well.

As a first-time small business owner who had never handled payroll, I went into this completely anxious. Fortunately, the program proved extremely easy to use and very interactive. The layout is clean and not overwhelming which helped me keep everything under control as a beginner. What stood out most was their support team, they've been great at answering my random questions and never made me feel foolish for asking.
Cons
I honestly have no any major flaws. Once I did make a mistake by missing the deadline to submit my 401(k) contributions which forced me into a last-minute scramble to have everything in order for tax time. That error was completely mine, not due to the software. You learn from these hiccups and move on.

I've found that support response times could be improved, it usually takes roughly a day to get a reply.
