What stood out most was their support team, they've been great at answering my random questions and never made me feel foolish for asking.

I honestly have no any major flaws. Once I did make a mistake by missing the deadline to submit my 401(k) contributions which forced me into a last-minute scramble to have everything in order for tax time. That error was completely mine, not due to the software. You learn from these hiccups and move on.
