Gusto is easy to set up and use with great integrations with other programs like Xero QuickBooks and Slack.

We had a small hiccup with tax registration and confusion with a Workers Comp policy but customer service quickly resolved both issues.

The Gusto wallet is excellent for tracking time and the HR team is responsive to questions.

There are several broken logic issues in the system and updates sometimes cause unexpected problems. Compliance with California labor law is also lacking.
