I love the simplicity of using Gusto especially for getting paid and requesting time off.

Cons

I dont have any features I dislike about Gusto.

While the features are great overall I believe the HR tools could be more powerful especially the document section.

As a payroll professional Ive encountered challenges with Gustos customer service. They end calls promptly at 4 pm even hanging up at 3:59 pm. Theres limited flexibility with period dates/pay increases. Many support agents have difficulty communicating in English leading to misunderstandings and unresolved tax issues via email.

Managing payroll and changing direct deposit details was effortless. The user interface stands out as my favorite feature.

My two-year experience with Gusto was flawless. Setting up was a breeze and I encountered no drawbacks.

Gustos features cater adequately to small and medium-sized companies but fall short for larger enterprises. It lacks efficient onboarding for new employees but supports existing ones well.

Dealing with Gustos customer service regarding payroll has been problematic. There have been instances of delayed payments to employees sometimes up to four days after the scheduled payroll.
