gusto is an amazing HR app for employees to track paystubs, view documents and request time off. It even tracks how much paid time off is left. Plus you get updates like when someone's out of office, work anniversaries and birthdays.

Cons

some features can be edited and customized on the mobile app but you can't update them on the web version and vice versa. It's a little annoying.

It's really user-friendly for both employees and employers, whether it's for HR or payroll tasks.

I can easily transfer money to any merchant in Canada. It is user-friendly and even the registration process is really simple.

It also had cool integrations like asking questions, for example, what someone's favorite food is for birthdays. The best part? It made taxes simple and it was affordable too.

It made my onboarding process at my new job so efficient. I love that I can access everything I need, PTO, payslips, tax info, paperwork, all in one place.

The onboarding was mostly great but I did notice it can get a little glitchy when you upload a bunch of documents at once. even with that, it was still miles better than the old back-and-forth email chain with HR

I got overcharged for a service I didn't order. They refused a refund and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Not great customer service.

What's really cool is that it works perfectly whether I'm wearing my 'manager hat' to pay contractors or my 'employee hat' to check my own details. Both sides are incredibly user-friendly

sometimes it's confusing to find details about past contractor payments and invoices. I also don't like that there's a limit on how many payments contractors can receive each month, so we've had to combine several smaller payments into bigger ones, which has delayed payments before.

Hands down, It's the best payroll platform I've used. I've tried aDP, Paychex and Paycom but nothing compares. It's easy to use and their support always responds the same day. They even offer training, letters and criminal screenings right on the platform. amazing!

I don't like that you can't send a 90-day notification within It. It would be useful for probationary periods. also, I wish it had an integration with Rent manager.

They offer an all-in-one package for handling payroll and payroll-related benefits. submitting benefit claims through their portal is easy and their customer service is quick to respond. Payroll and reimbursements are always delivered on time.

Recently, they switched providers for deduction-based processes without informing employees. I tried to submit a reimbursement claim through the old portal but I wasn't told about the switch. It was frustrating and I wish It had communicated it better.
