“It has everything I need and even more!

Pros

Our HR department worked perfectly, but some things were not as streamlined as they should be, resulting in complaints from other departments. I then went for Gusto, as I had prior experience with it. It is a very powerful tool for HR and payroll activities, which irons out a lot of kinks in the way of a more streamlined HR experience, especially for small companies like ours. My company was using another software called OnPay before I came, and I immediately recommended Gusto, which was the right choice for us. It has a great user experience and vertical integration of functionality with our existing workflow.

Cons

It is a hard pill to swallow due to higher than usual pricing, but it all comes down to how much youre willing to create ease for your workers. The price was even higher than our previous software, so I had to face some resistance, but ultimately, our team believes it is worthwhile. It comes with a lot of features that you might never use but still have to pay for. And thats what I think is the biggest downside of Gusto. But if youre focused on improving your HR productivity, its a no-brainer!
