“Gusto has worked well for our law office”
Pros
The advantages of using Gusto include its simplicity, catering to both employers and employees. Employees can conveniently clock in and out using a smartphone app, which they prefer over other time tracking systems. Connecting my CPA with Gusto for tax and accounting oversight was seamless. Gusto streamlines the employee onboarding process, making it much smoother. In summary, the product is effective, user-friendly, and efficient.
Cons
Gusto's integration with 401k contributions has its limitations. I find myself having to manually provide our financial advisor with 401k contribution details for employee elective deferrals. While not a major issue, it can be a slight inconvenience.

“The best software to do your business Tax requirements.”
Pros
This software has expedited my work, enabling quick employee management and timely hiring. Even with basic accounting knowledge, Gusto simplifies account details entry and fulfills tax requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Cons
After about a year of usage, it started slowing down. Occasionally, we had to upgrade and wait for 15-20 minutes. However, Gusto is providing the best service possible. Interruptions were troublesome due to our schedule and the need to update each computer system.

“Switching back to Square Payroll by year-end”
Pros
The accountant login feature was a major draw for me, enabling me to manage multiple clients under one user login and seamlessly switch between payroll clients.
Cons
It's challenging to use and not intuitive. The reporting section needs significant improvement. I initially hoped to like this software but ended up disliking it. There were issues with double processing for one client, causing financial strain. Gusto's support was slow to respond and failed to rectify the situation satisfactorily. I'm relieved I didn't transition all my clients to this software.
