“Friendly & supportive for small teams”

Pros

It is very easy to use for running my small business. The landing page is inviting and neatly laid out and that warm, approachable feel makes everything seem much less daunting. Little motivational lines like 'we got this' really resonate with me, they give a comforting, personal vibe and lift my confidence when I'm handling paperwork and admin tasks. Overall I've had a wonderful experience and I would absolutely tell other small business owners looking for a no-fuss payroll system that genuinely supports them to give it a try.

Honestly I can't think of anything about this software that bothers me.

App is really user friendly and the support team has been fantastic. Communication has been quick and helpful whenever I've had questions which made the whole experience feel smooth.

I love the bright, friendly interface and having payroll, time tracking, time off and tax details all in one place makes managing everything so much simpler and clearer for me.

Every now and then I lose track of where specific tools live, such as team time tracking or my paystub . the layout and navigation can be confusing.

Easily the simplest payroll system we've tried so far. It's simple for HR to run and just as manageable for employees to handle day to day.

Employees are able to edit their time with a bit more flexibility than I'd prefer which is the one area I'd tighten up.

Pros

I really enjoy how smooth it is to use. I've tried other payroll tools before and they ended up glitching in ways that were genuinely frustrating. With this tool, that hasn't happened for me at all and I've liked every feature I've come across.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding and learning about all the extra features and integrations available, the information isn't always simple to locate as it's poorly organized

Using it for five years has been really smooth, everything is set up with ease of use and genuinely user-friendly features. It also works as a central hub where we keep all of our payroll and HR documentation in one place which makes day-to-day management a lot simpler. There's no intention to switch to anything else.

Cons

There aren't any real downsides to mention. Everything is simple to locate and use though it's a bit on the pricey side. Still, the value feels absolutely worth it.

I never got the opportunity to try the product because they never actually scheduled the demo they promised me.

Cons

their sales process was chaotic. I completed two separate forms and replied to their follow-up email with more details, but after trying multiple times to get in touch, they simply disappeared. When I finally rang them, they told me my information had been misplaced and promised a demo that never showed up. For a company that seems to have a strong reputation, this way of treating prospective customers is really frustrating and left me feeling quite let down.

I'm still really enjoying how simple it is for pulling up my tax and payroll documents, plus making changes to my direct deposit details when needed.

Cons

It would be nice if the interface made it simpler to view accrued leave balances and print copies of them directly, instead of having to take screenshots to share or save the info.

I truly value how simple it is to manage payroll and monitor hours for my staff. Locating key paperwork and historical logs is easy, whether I'm pulling up 1040s, 1049s or W-2s, all of those files are available right when I need them.

I can't think of any drawbacks to mention . I'm genuinely very satisfied overall.

Handling payroll is very easy with It and I can run everything without a hitch. Whenever I need tax-side fixes, their support team gets back to me fast and sorts out the issue with no fuss. Their rates undercut the bigger, more established payroll providers and I appreciate that there aren't surprise charges for basic functions other companies bill extra for. It's ideal for a small business like mine and I really value being able to grant my accountant direct access to tax documents . it saves me from scrambling to find papers during tax season.

I've been a customer for six years now and to be honest, I can't come up with any issues that bother me about the service.

For new hires, the onboarding process is incredibly smooth and my employees can access their information anytime they need it. When I ran into an SS issue, the support team was fantastic . they quickly pinpointed the cause and walked me through fixing it. Honestly, they're amazing.

I haven't come across any problems yet. I'd absolutely recommend this to all of my business contacts.

Ive found their support to be lacking in agility; responses can take a few days. This is an area they should improve as other platforms have better response times.
