“Super Easy to Use Payroll Service”
Pros
The product is incredibly user-friendly and streamlined, perfect for someone like me who is new to payroll management. It's ideal for beginners without prior experience in payroll.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike. I've exclusively used this payroll service with my company for over four years, and I see no reason to switch.

“Loved this!”
Pros
I felt genuinely disappointed when we transitioned away from Gusto. It's hands down the easiest platform to use as an employee.

“Gusto is an easy payroll solution”
Pros
It's very easy to maintain, especially for smaller companies without dedicated payroll personnel. As a program manager, Gusto has made it easy for me to handle payroll, sick leave, and other HR tasks.
Cons
One feature I'd really appreciate is the ability to bulk update employees' worked hours. Since my employees work the same hours every day, it would be great to have a feature where I can easily duplicate days instead of manually inputting each day's data.

“Gusto is the ally you require to develop and support your team.”
Pros
Managing payroll and onboarding new contractors and employees is incredibly straightforward with Gusto.
Cons
The service is lacking when faced with complications, especially regarding state tax filings. Gusto's response to urgent tax issues from the state was unsatisfactory. Although they offered to cover any fines resulting from delays, this approach is not ideal.

“Basic and broken”
Pros
Gusto handles the absolute basics smoothly but falls short compared to competitors in every other aspect.
Cons
Gusto resembles a wedding planner with 10 Instagram-worthy wedding packages to choose from. If you desire something elegant yet straightforward with no customizations, you'll adore it. However, complications arise when you wish to expand beyond the usual, like having more bridesmaids, choosing an unfamiliar venue, or incorporating new traditions. Gusto struggles with these, turning them into messy situations. While it handles the basics well, venturing off the beaten path can lead to regrets, especially with its customer service.

“No Customer Support”
Pros
It has the potential to be a great product, but unfortunately, the customer support is lacking.
Cons
They failed to pay my taxes, resulting in penalties that I had to cover myself. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have provided zero assistance. Integration issues with QuickBooks were also blamed on the software.
