I've been using it for payroll, employee onboarding and tax management and it's been a big help. The interface is simple and it really does a solid job of streamlining the day-to-day workflows. Payroll runs are especially quick.. once everything's set, it usually takes around five minutes to process which is a huge time saver.

Cons

What's been frustrating is the number of glitches and the way support handles problems. The platform seems to hiccup often enough that we end up rebooting at times to get things back on track. We've also had cases where taxes were completed incorrectly or not on time which led to late fees.., definitely not ideal. Also, support ticket response can take multiple days and that's tough when urgent notices pop up.

I was using this for three years and genuinely liked the overall experience. The layout is clean and simple and my team found it highly interactive. Bringing payroll, onboarding, timekeeping and compliance together in one platform really simplified running personnel processes and made those administrative tasks much faster and easier to manage.

Customer support went downhill for me in 2022. I had a bank fee bounce because our account number changed . something that had happened before without any trouble. This time, though, they froze my account with no warning even after the fee had already been collected. Several different reps pretty much shrugged and said 'tough luck' when I tried to explain what happened. After getting nowhere, I had to threaten legal action because they ignored their own 30-day notice requirement in the terms. They did finally correct the situation, but by then it was too late . I had to run payroll manually that month and the experience destroyed my confidence in them handling things properly going forward.
