Onboarding new hires is now a breeze with Gusto. It ensures timely and accurate payroll processing keeping my employees satisfied. Gustos financial reports help me stay on top of payroll matters and its friendly customer service is a plus. The ability to schedule payments ensures timely transactions without any hassles. Despite its affordability Gusto offers a plethora of features making it a great value for money. It handles payroll taxes smoothly and aids in monitoring employee time and attendance which is beneficial for calculating employee benefits.

“Gusto is smooth and simple”
Pros
I appreciate Gustos clean interface and the convenience of accessing essential information on the landing page. From upcoming paydays to W-2 updates everything is neatly presented. Year-to-date statistics on the Paystubs page are informative and easy to understand. Reporting address changes is also hassle-free.
Cons
While Gusto offers several extra features like Wallet Learning and Giving they might overwhelm users seeking a simple salary payment app. It felt less cluttered in previous years.

“Made HR tasks easier”
Pros
Employees can download the app to clock in for work, review their hours and access paychecks and pay stubs. That combination made payroll feel a lot more simple and the built-in reminders were a nice touch too.
Cons
No real problems came up with the app itself though it could be a bit more affordable.

“automated hr queries are awesome”
Pros
HR tasks like queries and emails get automated which cuts down the workload for the team managing requests. It also makes leave tracking simpler so we can align employee leave with their monthly quota more accurately.
Cons
Cost is a real concern, this is on the pricier side and it usually feels more realistic for larger companies that can afford enterprise software.

“startup-friendly setup”
Pros
Since we're a small startup, we started with it right away and it's been genuinely great to use. Setup was simple, the interface feels very user-friendly and the UX/UI design is clean and adaptive.
Cons
Pricing would be the only thing I'd change. It's comparable to other providers but our budget is pretty tight as a startup so a free trial or a referral program would've been really helpful.

“business-friendly portal access”
Pros
Using this product for my business felt simple and the team really enjoyed having portal access. It made day-to-day work more convenient for employees.
Cons
Setting up the weekly direct deposit took a bit more effort than expected for my business so that part felt slightly challenging at first.

“It's awesome”
Pros
It has been a really user-friendly payroll and HR platform for our team. It's helped us stay on top of tax compliance and manage employee benefits smoothly. The workflow improvements have saved a lot of time while also boosting accuracy, thanks to the features that are built in.
Cons
The main trade-off I noticed is that some advanced features come with extra cost. There are also limitations around customization and app integration, plus some geographical constraints that may affect certain use cases.

“Smooth and easy fixes”
Pros
Handling payroll with it has been remarkably easy! When I make a mistake, correcting it rarely becomes a big ordeal. The layout is user-friendly and I can quickly locate what I need without getting trapped in confusing or cluttered menu structures.
Cons
I wish reaching support were easier. I'd rather dial them directly than send an email and wait for a return call. Luckily, I hardly ever require assistance because the platform is simple enough for me to use on my own most of the time.

“Great training but expensive for contractors”
Pros
Getting payroll set up was really easy and handling everything from bringing on new employees to issuing payments for staff and contractors has felt very smooth. I found the complimentary certification course they provide to be very valuable and it's roughly four to five hours of hands-on training that guides you step-by-step through running payroll on the platform. The support crew also stands out, I usually reach out via live chat and almost always get fast, useful answers. There are several ways to contact them which is handy. All told, I'm truly impressed by how well this solution performs.
Cons
The fees start to stack up if I run payments for a large number of contractors through the platform. I'd really like to see stronger accounts payable capabilities and more reliable invoice management tools added as well.
