What stood out most was their support team, they've been great at answering my random questions and never made me feel foolish for asking.

Once I did make a mistake by missing the deadline to submit my 401(k) contributions which forced me into a last-minute scramble to have everything in order for tax time. That error was completely mine, not due to the software. You learn from these hiccups and move on.

Although I understand why two-step authentication is necessary, it can get pretty annoying over time. Navigating benefits remains a headache for me even with all the guides and honestly, benefits themselves feel like a constantly shifting mess. I'd really like to see a cost calculator where I could enter expected medical needs and compare annual out-of-pocket costs across plans for routine checkups, prescriptions, emergencies and similar expenses. That kind of tool would make choosing a plan far less confusing.
