“Gusto & VetMed”
Pros
Setting up direct deposits and accessing pay stubs was convenient. Gathering tax forms was also simple.
Cons
I didnt encounter any issues while using Gusto. My company switched possibly to consolidate work documents on one platform. With Gusto we had to use several other platforms for various tasks.

“The perfect solution to manage my payroll and human resources”
Pros
What I liked most was the platforms accessibility and ease of use. Even as a non-technical person I could set up payroll effortlessly. The automatic handling of payroll taxes was particularly reassuring.
Cons
The only downside for me is the price. While I understand the platforms quality justifies the cost it may be high compared to other providers. Although it offers added value especially in efficiency and customer support it could be a consideration for smaller companies or those with limited budgets.

“Gusto Review”
Pros
While I briefly used the HR function our organization opted for another product due to cost. However Gustos sleek design and ease of use especially for time off requests and management were notable.
Cons
The functions could be expanded to cover more HR management aspects.

“easy onboarding”
Pros
It feels like one of the easiest platforms to pick up and actually use day to day. Even team members who aren't very tech-savvy can get around the system without much trouble. The product also keeps improving, there are frequent updates and enhancements that genuinely help. Pricing is another big win, it's difficult to beat considering what you get. We currently use it for health benefits, a 401(k), PTO and time tracking and those functions work well enough for our needs. The only thing to watch is whether your company might be too large or too complex for what it is built to handle.
Cons
As our business expanded, the platform started showing its limits. Once we moved into multiple locations, things deteriorated quickly. Between the two companies I run, we rarely need the support team but when we do, it's been tough to get the help we're looking for. Support feels inconsistent some requests go nowhere and others at least get a response. Bottom line, if you're managing more than 30 employees across multiple states or locations, it's probably worth comparing other options sooner. We're in the process of moving both companies to a different provider and I don't think it ever had a clear path to keep us. There were multiple moments where the right support could have saved the relationship but I never managed to reach someone who seemed truly invested in fixing things.

“quick setup”
Pros
Setting up the company was simple and bringing employees on board was just as painless. The representative I worked with was really helpful and walked me through everything which made the whole setup feel quick and low-stress.
Cons
No real process issues to complain about, my only issue is the branding. Their logo and the look of the website/portal could use a more polished, professional design.

“Great for our daily use”
Pros
This has been the simplest software to roll out across our business. It's become essential to how we operate every day and it really supports our routine workflows.
Cons
The only issue we've noticed is that the website offers more features than the app so there are a few things we can do on the site that aren't available in the app.

“simple service”
Pros
It's simple and doesn't come with any unnecessary frills, it just does what it's supposed to do. The support team also responds quickly when you need help. Overall, it fit what we needed right from the start.
Cons
We originally chose them mainly because they were the most affordable option when we launched our business and we genuinely liked them. Later on, their rates increased a lot and at that point it ended up being more cost-effective to switch to ADP or another provider instead.

“A loyal customer that will be moving away from Gusto... HONEST REVIEW”
Pros
Gusto is likely the easiest platform to learn and use even for team members with limited tech skills. Updates and enhancements are frequent and the price is competitive.
Cons
As our company grew we noticed limitations in the platform especially with multiple locations. Getting support became increasingly difficult and it felt hit or miss. If you have more than 30 employees in multiple states/locations consider other options.

“Great Product Easy to Use and Team is on it!”
