“user-friendly”
Pros
I really appreciate user-friendly interface, it makes it simple to navigate my benefits and handle my time off tasks. It also feels like it simplifies areas that other platforms tend to over-complicate especially when it comes to accessing benefits administration.
Cons
Occasionally.. I've noticed a small glitch though it's happened rarely and hasn't been a major problem overall.

“time tracking saves time”
Pros
No real problems have come up and the platform fits our needs really well. It takes a chunk of workload off the HR team and having everything under one roof is a big help. I especially appreciate not dealing with multiple silo portals, being able to submit reimbursement requests, log worked hours for the week and pull paystubs without jumping between separate pages keeps things simple.
Cons
There aren't many downsides. A small annoyance is that when I'm entering time with the time tracking tool (hour range plus description), clicking outside the box by accident can cause the entry to disappear and I lose what I typed. That happens at least once a week so recording time can sometimes take almost double the usual effort. Another minor issue is that some of our employees shouldn't have to add a description but the system currently makes that field mandatory. It would be great if an admin could configure which fields are required for time tracking entries.

“quick setup”
Pros
Setup is surprisingly simple and quick to get started right away. Pricing feels cost-effective and the integrations are genuinely strong, everything connects well with tools like Xero, QuickBooks and Slack without much hassle.
Cons
Felt a minor snag during tax registration in one state and I also ran into some confusion around a Workers' Comp policy. That said, support took care of both problems quickly and got me back on track.

“could be better”
Pros
The Gusto wallet is useful for employees who want to track their hours without digging through reports. The HR team usually does a solid job responding to questions and helping sort things out.
Cons
System has a lot of broken logic and updates can introduce new problems or force you to buy extra licenses without any clear warning. Also, it doesn't seem well set up to meet California Labor law requirements. Payroll for California employees also needs manual calculations for every single person and that's been an open issue for years something they claimed they were working on more than two years ago but it still hasn't been fixed.

“payroll sync”
Pros
It lets me run payroll in sync with ProCare which has made the whole process feel a lot more aligned. I can enter payroll details as the pay period progresses and the system keeps everything saved so changes don't get lost. The ProCare time sheets also integrate right into it so I'm not manually calculating hours worked anymore.
Cons
I haven't run into any feature I dislike. Payroll runs smoothly and employees reliably get paid on time through direct deposit.

“reminders are great”
Pros
Using it has felt pretty simple from day one, including the setup. Payroll takes only a few minutes and employees can log into the portal to view their files and other key info. It also automates a lot of the routine admin that usually eats up extra time and the system sends useful notices and reminders to help you stay compliant, whether it's something critical or just a prompt to run payroll.
Cons
Everything's been working really well overall. The only part that gets annoying is that the software doesn't seem to remember my login details so I end up re-entering credentials each time. Occasionally it also triggers the two-step authentication again which is a little inconvenient though it hasn't been a dealbreaker.
