Pros
The ease of use and user experience are exceptional. Employees find the tool easy to navigate, and it provides valuable insights for payroll, benefits, and time off.
Cons
There's room for improvement in refining processes. The performance management process requires further development to tailor it to the organization and its structure.

“quick issue fixes on gusto”
Pros
Using this tool feels like it comes with real advantages compared to other payroll platforms. When mistakes happen or something doesn't go right, they tend to jump in and get things sorted fast which is a big help.
Cons
A couple of late payments have popped up but that's been the only real downside I've run into so far.

“Fine tool for your business”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is the effortless access to various tools. The program is straightforward to navigate.
Cons
What I find bothersome about this software is that when it sends emails regarding salary payments, it reveals the payment amount. I'm not comfortable with this due to privacy concerns. If someone were to access my computer and email, they could see the exact amount paid.

“UI is neat”
Pros
After setup, it's simple to use. I especially enjoy the direct deposit day screen, where you can immediately see your paycheck amount, what's been allocated to taxes and your 401(k) balance. Having everything laid out in one place made taxes feel a lot simpler. Requesting time off is also pretty smooth and it clearly shows how much time you have.
Cons
Adding projects for team members doesn't always work cleanly, admins end up getting reminded that certain teammates were left off projects. Customer service hasn't come up much for us (which is a plus) but when we do reach out, it tends to be more about promoting new features than taking feedback seriously. It also feels like they don't consistently listen to bugs or suggest real fixes based on input.

“My unforgettable experience with Gusto”
Pros
It's contemporary, effortless, and rapid. Gusto facilitates the smooth onboarding of new employees and contractors. Their customer service is prompt and responsive. We rely on Gusto for payroll management, tax payments, contractor payments, and employee benefits. Every HR professional needs Gusto; it's dependable and virtually error-free. Gusto's time tracking feature saves us time and minimizes errors compared to manual tracking. The software reminds us of staff birthdays and work anniversaries, which fosters a positive culture. Adding new employee data is quick and easy. The user interface is well-structured, and employees appreciate its simplicity, allowing them to view hours worked, sick leave, and more.
Cons
Gusto is truly exceptional, and I believe every business should embrace and leverage its outstanding features. I have yet to encounter any drawbacks.

With this tool, it's possible to handle company payrolls, bring on new employees and terminate them whenever needed. The system also sends email reminders ahead of payroll deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks. It automatically calculates payroll taxes as well which saves a lot of manual work.

Getting started takes a little getting used to though the workflow feels more simple as you spend more time with it.

“Gusto has worked well for our law office”
Pros
The advantages of using Gusto include its simplicity, catering to both employers and employees. Employees can conveniently clock in and out using a smartphone app, which they prefer over other time tracking systems. Connecting my CPA with Gusto for tax and accounting oversight was seamless. Gusto streamlines the employee onboarding process, making it much smoother. In summary, the product is effective, user-friendly, and efficient.
Cons
Gusto's integration with 401k contributions has its limitations. I find myself having to manually provide our financial advisor with 401k contribution details for employee elective deferrals. While not a major issue, it can be a slight inconvenience.

Pros
I really liked how this product organizes payroll for small organizations and mid-sized enterprises. It handles employee time reporting and turns that into a simple process for paying staff on time.

Pros
So simple to use and this makes it quick to get started. That said, it doesn't offer many advanced features or deeper capabilities beyond the basics.

“The best software to do your business Tax requirements.”
Pros
This software has expedited my work, enabling quick employee management and timely hiring. Even with basic accounting knowledge, Gusto simplifies account details entry and fulfills tax requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Cons
After about a year of usage, it started slowing down. Occasionally, we had to upgrade and wait for 15-20 minutes. However, Gusto is providing the best service possible. Interruptions were troublesome due to our schedule and the need to update each computer system.
