I appreciate being able to access my pay stubs at any time and receiving email reminders when my paycheck is ready. It helps me stay on top of my finances.

I wish the email notification revealing the check amount was less visible to others nearby; it's too conspicuous.

Feels like a solid, feature packed tool with a very user friendly interface. Our team uses it every day for employee onboarding, managing payroll and handling tax calculations and filings. Everything is set up in a way that makes those tasks simple.

Cons

Genuinely, it is a likable platform and I haven't run into any problems when onboarding employees or processing payroll. That said, the reporting side could use some improvement-if you're brand new to it, pulling reports can feel a bit tricky or time consuming.

It is legitimate and trustworthy but it doesn't offer much support for international businesses. Troubleshooting can also be a bit limiting at times.

It would be even better if there were a way to preview your incoming payment a couple days before it hits, instead of only seeing it once it's already paid.

Setup was simple and adding users didn't feel like a chore. The onboarding flow is pretty clean and adaptive so getting started takes minimal effort.

Tax reporting has been a constant headache... there are repeated problems with both state and federal filings. Support is also unreliable, with investigations dragging on for days, weeks or even months and the answers provided aren't clear or conclusive. Because of that, we ended up dealing with fines and fees from the tax agencies that the service was supposed to manage.
