It feels really user-friendly and I like that the product can handle a lot at once... benefits and HR features are all available within the same platform.

Cons

One thing I'm not happy with is the concierge service since I pay extra for it. It's advertised as offering faster turnaround on questions but I'm still waiting on replies to some questions I asked weeks ago so the improvement in response time hasn't really shown up.

From the perspective of using it day to day, it feels genuinely simple for everyone and both the web and app versions are very simple.

Using it, adding new employees to the payroll is simple. During setup, it shows a clear checklist of the steps/stages that need to be completed which keeps everything organized. Payroll can be automated and it also sends reminder prompts before each payroll run in case any tweaks are needed. Also, it provides state specific documentation requirements for each employee during onboarding so nothing gets missed.
