Pros

Customer service has been genuinely excellent. Whenever we run into snags, they're responsive and stick around until the issue is sorted which makes everything feel effortless. I'm also impressed by how well they organize payroll, paperwork and the other day-to-day HR tasks that pop up.

Cons

Hard to point to a real downside. The only thing I'd mention is cost... some features are offered for free when you bundle benefits and I understand why. Still, I'd rather keep everything clear and simple so our setup stays transparent and focused.

Love Gusto... honestly it's the easiest HR tool I've ever used.

This app fits really well with how I used to run my old business methods and it's made day-to-day tasks a lot simpler to handle.

No problems have come up for me yet and I genuinely think it's a solid, well-put-together piece of software.

It's really simple to get the hang of. I can track my hours in just seconds. My payroll payments land on time and it has been quick to respond whenever I email questions about my account. The onboarding checklist was simple to complete as a people manager and each step was doable within the deadline.

Cons

There aren't many downsides I can point out. I do wish there were a few more customization options for the interface but it hasn't been a big deal overall.

Pros

I've been using it for more than two years now and it's been consistently reliable as a payroll provider.

Cons

The customer support team's communication style and professionalism are a huge plus... there haven't been any complaints from employees.

So in my time as a people manager, it made the onboarding checklist feel really simple, each task is clear and I could complete everything by the due date that was assigned.

Cons

It would be nice to have more customization options for the interfaces but that's a pretty minor nitpick compared with everything else the platform handles well.

Pros

Genuinely, its simple to use and getting set up didn't take long at all. Logging and tracking my hours takes only a few seconds each time. I also get paid on schedule, with deposits landing in my account as expected. There's plenty of email communication from it about my account so it feels like they're actively keeping things on track and supporting me.

Cons

Nothing negative jumps out from my side. Since I'm not an administrator, I don't really have visibility into how the back-end works.

Pros

This is the goto HR/Payroll/Tax document tool for me. It's simple to use, the results feel accurate and the whole workflow comes across as safe and reliable.

Cons

Honestly the only real issue is minor, it can be a bit hard to deal with and the emails tied to it sometimes feel more "spammy" than actually relevant.

Pros

It's basically everything I needed in one place. The automated time tools were a must, have for my team and they deliver on that. Payroll setup is simple and the filtering system is genuinely top notch which makes it easier to find what you need quickly.

Cons

There's not much to complain about. If anything, I'd just want the customer service to be a bit more proactive and responsive.

Onboarding was simple and the support team has been genuinely excellent. Even folks on my team say it's the best payroll provider we've used out of the four options we've tried so far.

Cons

Would be even better if there were a few more in-depth reports made specifically to our company's needs.

The software has been really good overall and the onboarding experience is especially well done. It makes the whole setup process a lot more enjoyable for new staff.

I really enjoyed using this product. The overall features are solid and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. Everything about the platform felt well thought out which made it pleasant to work with.

The only part I liked the least was how late you can view your pay stubs. If they were available earlier, that would make a noticeable difference.

This app makes it simple to stay on top of your earnings. It presents everything in an organized way so you can quickly see where your money is going and how it's performing.

Every now and then it gets stuck loading. Hopefully that issue gets fixed soon.

Pros

The platform is really simple to use and the mobile app makes it convenient for day-to-day checks. It also connects nicely with the time clock and there's a helpful option to pull money from the hours you've worked ahead of time.

Cons

There's not much support for state and local tax handling and customer service didn't seem to understand how to set it up. It's possible to do but it shows up under wage garnishment and the employer has to handle all the legwork.

Pros

It feels simple and genuinely adaptive to use. Also, their customer service has been excellent, every time an issue comes up, they not only fix it but also take the time to walk me through the relevant features. They even go a step further by suggesting smarter setup options so things run more automatically.

Cons

From an employer standpoint, it would be helpful to view employee PTO/vacation balances in a way that accounts for what's already been approved for upcoming time off, not just the amount that's been used so far.

Very user-friendly tool! I really like that they offer a money... savings service.

Cons

It doesn't have as many features or options as I'd want or need.

“I like it”

Pros

Having a dedicated app for this software is a big plus. Clocking in and out is quick and simple and the little pig animations during the loading screen make the whole wait feel more fun than annoying.

Cons

The only thing that throws me off is that the app can be a bit sluggish at startup... occasionally it takes around ten seconds to reach the main screen. A couple of features also aren't available in the app so you have to switch over to the web version to use them.

Pros

A few features really stood out for me especially the reporting and tracking options. Payroll felt pretty simple too even if it wasn't quite as simple as a couple of other programs I've used.

Cons

Layout and navigation could be more user-friendly. Also, compared to the price, I expected a bigger set of features so it felt a bit limited.

Pros

Staff and admins can pick it up quickly and it gave our operation a cleaner, more modern feel. Sales also made it sound like ease of use and strong support were guaranteed which was a big part of why we switched.

Cons

Support falls apart when the software isn't behaving correctly. When issues come up, it doesn't get addressed in a way that actually helps us get back to normal.

“top-notch payroll handling”

Pros

Yes, it is a little more expensive than some other payroll processing companies but the quality really shows. They handle everything for you... tax deposits, quarterly payroll tax return filings and any notices that come up. You can also automate payroll which has made a huge difference in my day-to-day. Also, the customer service has been excellent.

Cons

Nothing to complain about so far, everything about it has been a positive.
