“Made payroll easy !

Pros

I have been relying on It for six years at our media agency and it has significantly simplified payroll processing for us. The user interface feels very simple, and updates arrive promptly which removes much of the anxiety from handling payroll.

Cons

Because of the verification steps, payments to contractors don't show up in their accounts until several business days after I run payroll and that delay can be frustrating.

The customer support here is absolutely incredible and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone I know who runs a business. With how simple everything is to use and how often I need to run payroll, it's been a really smooth experience so far.

Cons

Onboarding could be a lot simpler. Most new hires get it but I've seen a few people get really confused and take forever to figure it out.

I'm blown away by the customer support here, it really is outstanding and I genuinely don't have enough praise for the team. I would recommend this to any business owner I know without hesitation. Because everything is so simple and I run payroll so often, it's been a consistently smooth process for me.

The onboarding process really needs to be simplified. Although most new team members pick things up fast, I've noticed quite a few folks getting confused and spending far more time than necessary before they feel comfortable using the system.

I can just pull up my pay stubs anytime and checking my PTO balance and how much I've earned this year is very easy. No digging around.

Cons

The interface feels a bit old compared to other platforms I've used. I also get occasional glitches when I process bigger payrolls which can really slow me down.

I am in here all the time for payroll and HR stuff. It's so easy to find my way around and the support team is actually helpful and nice. Payroll just happens on its own which is a lifesaver. It's also been a huge help as we've started hiring in new states.

They are pretty good about updates. A few small things that used to annoy me have actually been fixed since I started using it.

I am actually dealing with legal trouble because they failed to file my payroll taxes correctly. For months, I've been trying to get reports or any history showing what taxes were paid but I can't access anything. Every time I call support, they just tell me someone is "working on it," but no one ever actually helps me or solves the problem. This has been incredibly stressful and their lack of transparency has put my business in real jeopardy. I would strongly tell anyone to avoid this service if you need your payroll to be compliant.

The time entry system is kind of tedious. For my regular scheduled hours, it makes me type out a reason instead of just picking one from a dropdown menu. It's annoying when I'm just doing my normal job.

Honestly this is the most simpliest payroll service I've ever used. The customer support is amazing and they actually go above and beyond to fix things. And my employees say it's simple for them too.

“Brilliant design, flawed benefits access

Pros

The design is so well done. With other software, you're lucky if it works but this actually makes things simple. The clicks just make sense. Payroll and benefits work perfectly. We haven't even used half the features yet!

Cons

accessing my transit benefits is a real headache. You need a whole separate account with multiple PINs that are all named the same thing and the benefits card website is unreliable. When I'm out and need to pay for parking on my phone, it's constantly glitching and doesn't work properly.

“a bookkeeper's top choice

UI is very friendly and their customer support is fantastic. The price is totally fair and my clients have no trouble using it. Other payroll companies don't even come close. This is the only one I use now and it's made my job as a bookkeeper so much easier.

I have no cons. no company is perfect but this is pretty close to being exactly what we need.

To be honest, I think other payroll providers fall short in comparison. This is the sole platform I rely on now . it's significantly simplified my bookkeeping responsibilities every day.

I struggle to name any significant faults. Of course no service is perfect, yet this solution is very close to matching all our needs precisely.

Huge fan of the self-onboarding for employees and contractors. I don't have to chase anyone for tax forms or bank info anymore. Customer service has been excellent when I've needed them. Pulling reports is simple and having them handle state registrations is a massive time-saver. Automatic tax stuff is a relief and it keeps us compliant without me worrying. Setup was surprisingly painless.

Cons

setting up payments for my recurring contractors is a pain because I have to type in the amount every single time. Also if I need to make a one-time salary adjustment, the process is super clunky. I have to change the gross annual amount, make my adjustment and then remember to change it back again.
