“reminders keep me on track
Pros
I find it really convenient that I can request time off inside the app and the reminders before each shift help keep me on track. The layout feels organized so I never get lost in it.
Cons
Haven't run into any problems and the setup feels organized and easy for me to manage.

Cons
I get a ton of alerts though they're simple enough to switch off when I don't want them.

Pros
Being able to pull up the full team schedule, including who's off, helps me figure out shift swaps or coverage without stressing about missing details.
Cons
I find it frustrating that scheduling is based on blocking out the hours you can't work instead of just choosing the hours you're free. If I'm only available in the middle of the day, I end up entering multiple chunks instead of simply selecting the time I'm willing to work.

Scheduling my team doesn't feel like a chore because copying or shifting an entire week's setup is quick and doesn't require rebuilding everything from scratch.

“Saves us a lot of headache
Pros
For me the biggest perk is how freely people can clock in or out and how the system reminds them when a shift starts or a break ends. Staff can sign in from their phone or from the iPad in our office, which snaps a picture so we know it's actually them. Fixing missed punches only takes a moment and the app also lets the crew request time off or swap shifts. For a small business without a fancy time clock, this setup has saved us a lot of trouble.
Cons
Like a lot of platforms, you get more features the more you pay each month and that's really the only thing that bothers me.

Pros
I like having one place where I can reach my coworkers and check both my schedule and the hours I've already worked. It even totals up what I earned for the week without me having to calculate anything.
Cons
I'd love a section where I could see what I'm actually taking home after taxes and deductions instead of only seeing the gross amount.

Cons
I've run into odd moments where time-off requests or schedule conflicts didn't publish correctly even though the person was marked unavailable that day.
