“Can't login during the time I'm not scheduled
Pros
I'm glad I can keep track of my hours and pay for each period without digging around for extra details.
Cons
I used to be able to log in during times I wasn't scheduled which helped me come in early to prep my lesson plans but that option is gone now and I kind of miss it.

Pros
I've had a smooth experience using it and anytime something came up, their support fixed it fast. Scheduling and keeping track of time sheets has been simple for me.
Cons
My only issue is with the phone version because it's tough to read the daily schedule and even harder to locate everyone's contact details.

“Having free payroll is great
Pros
As someone running a small shop, having a no?cost payroll tracker matters a lot. Everyone logs in through their own account, managers can fix missed punches and the clock?in photo keeps everything honest. Staff can enter their hourly rate too which helps them plan out their checks.
Cons
I keep wishing the free plan included a little more. I don't need anything fancy but letting staff clock in from their phones would save us so much trouble. The shop's iPad keeps getting moved around so we waste time searching for it whenever someone needs to clock in.

Great that employees can manage their shifts by swapping or offering them to others though a manager still has final approval.
Cons
It bugs me that workers can't request coverage for just one section of their shift and have to give up the entire thing.

Pros
I like that everyone gets emails and texts about their schedules, can ask for time off from anywhere and managers can see when someone viewed a schedule so missed shifts are less of an excuse. It also helps us control clock?in times and break rules.
Cons
It would help a ton if there was a separate spot where we could message each other specifically about trading or covering shifts.
