Pros

Pros
I like that I can clock in straight from my phone and check my schedule and expected pay for the current period without having to log in somewhere complicated.
Cons
Every now and then the app freezes or refuses to load on my phone and then I can't clock in or out. I also wish there was a simple way to message coworkers for swapping shifts.

Pros
I can quickly look at which shifts are available to trade or cover and the layout makes the whole process uncomplicated.
Cons
It bugs me that I have to re-send my availability each week instead of the system keeping it saved automatically.

Pros
Using the timeclock has been simple, tracking is clear and I like that it prevents people from clocking in too early.
Cons
I struggle with the server report because it doesn't separate alcohol and food sales and I can't assign a bartender to the cash drawer the way our workflow needs.

Pros
Adding new employees has been convenient for me and the break option makes it easier to stay accurate with time records.
Cons
I get annoyed when the app keeps nudging me to upgrade or refer someone. I'll do those things if I want to but the constant prompts are unnecessary.

“staff can handle trade shifts
Pros
My crew clocks in and out without any trouble even without a fancy device. They can also handle their own shift trades which saves me a lot of time since I don't have to approve every tiny adjustment.
Cons
Don't like that the system relies heavily on trust because my crew can just share their code and clock each other in on the office tablet which defeats the whole point of setting up geofencing on their phones.

Pros
The only part I consistently use is the message board because it keeps communication in one spot.
Cons
The schedule layout doesn't sit right with me and the process for requesting time off feels difficult. I'd rather pick shifts instead of choosing specific hours. And when a shift is posted, too many people can accept it at once which causes confusion.

Pros
Every week feels a bit exciting because I get my schedule both inside the app and through a text message so I always know when I'm working. I also get a clear view of which coworkers will be on shift with me, which makes planning way more fun when it's people I'm close with. Messaging teammates, swapping shifts or picking up extra hours has helped me a lot, especially when friends pass me shifts they don't want. The time tracking is also spot?on since it logs every minute we clock in and out for payroll.
Cons
I honestly can't point to anything that bothers me because the app works well and feels easy for me to use.

Pros
I use this system on just about every device I own including computer, tablet and phone and it keeps everything running smoothly. It handles clocks, schedules, swaps, time sheets and more all in one spot and it honestly makes managing the team so much easier.
Cons
I don't see many issues at all though it would be nice if a few more tools were available without paying extra even though I get that they need to charge. The free version still works great for what I need.

The app gives me plenty to work with. My earnings, the ability to clock in from my phone and group messaging though sometimes the phone clock?in acts up.
Cons
Shift reminder texts pop up automatically and get annoying after a while and some features inside the app feel unnecessary and distract from the ones that actually matter like the shift rating or shout-out options.

Cons
