“Scheduling and timesheets executed perfectly”
Pros
Handling employee schedules and timesheets with this has been excellent. Staff can grab open shifts right in the app and seeing who is working at each location only takes a single click. It has been really helpful for staying organized.
Cons
We have not run into any problems while using it and honestly don't have any complaints.

“Quick loan access whenever needed”
Pros
Once I finish paying off a loan, I can immediately access another one which has been really convenient.
Cons
The downside is that the loan feature isn't available on the desktop website and can only be used through the mobile app.

“Price increased, basics got removed”
Pros
Back in 2018 this was an excellent value and worked really well for what I needed. By my second year on the monthly plan, I even upgraded, despite the ongoing issue of timecards not syncing with my QuickBooks payroll and having to enter everything manually myself. One feature I really appreciated was seeing each employee's total hours while building the schedule but that suddenly disappeared. I also really valued being able to use the app on both mobile devices and desktop. That said, it works much better on Android and desktop, while iPhones and iPads tend to be a hassle. I genuinely liked how simple it was to use and how attractive the platform looked for time tracking and management, until things changed and I could no longer view all timecards on one screen. Smaller issues used to show up as a little alert in the upper-right corner, almost like a gentle reminder. Now they appear oversized, taking up half the monitor and leaving barely any room to actually see timecards without constant scrolling. These days, logging in feels unpleasant because I am met with a harsh-looking dashboard full of problems demanding attention. A lot of those issues come from employees being unable to clock in or out and everyone got tired of uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to temporarily fix it. I knew things were going downhill when my subscription jumped by nearly $20 a month without any warning at all. The moment I reacted by dropping down to the Essentials plan, it was clear the relationship had turned sour.
Cons
Once I switched I lost the ability to manage PTO and mandated sick leave pay properly which never matched QuickBooks correctly anyway and I could no longer assign different roles or pay rates for different jobs to my existing employees. Now I am stuck with one default pay rate and role that the system basically decides is appropriate. After five years, all the smaller features I had come to rely on are apparently still available but only if I pay another $20 a month. Feeling oddly obligated, I even emailed support and offered to accept a modest price increase, just not the unreasonable amount they're asking for bundled with 15 extra features I would never use. If they cannot see that as a fair request and let me pay only for the tools I actually use, I'll gladly move to another app that offers the basic features for free. I sent that email last week and their promised 24-hour response time has come and gone. I never even tried to use their so-called money back guarantee after five years, despite the payroll integration never working properly. At this point enough is enough. It's way too late to fix this now and I am done with this software for good.

“Really good for daily use”
Pros
This app has been really great to use. I can do everything I need in it and I end up using it every day.
Cons
Only thing that could improve is having less bureaucracy. I use the platform correctly but some fields could stop being mandatory.

“online time tracking works excellently”
Pros
The best part for me has been the functionality especially the online time tracking and the other useful features it includes.
Cons
The downside is that most of the features rely on being online to work.

“Geofenced clock ins stay reliably accurate”
Pros
Clocking in and out is easy for our employees and the geofenced mobile punch-in feature is especially useful. It lets them clock in from their phones only when they're in the approved area which keeps the process efficient and fair for everyone.
Cons
There are occasional glitches and it does depend on having a strong internet connection.

“Doesn't track time in Zendesk”
Pros
I rely on it a lot when I'm planning out how much coverage we have for different shifts. It helps me balance things so my support team doesn't get overwhelmed.
Cons
I really need something that tracks time inside Zendesk because I want to know whether my agents are actually staying on task.

“flexible scheduling truly provides great help”
Pros
Getting new schedules and open shifts out to the team is really easy which has been a huge help. It's also very convenient for staff to request time off or ask to swap shifts after the schedule has already been posted.
Cons
One issue is that when employees move between our different locations during a shift, the system sometimes clocks them out. Another awkward part is that you cannot simply remove a staff member without marking them as terminated which felt strange while setting everything up and correcting a few mistakes.

“Helpful tracking with detailed reporting”
Pros
Our team uses this software to monitor the time students spend on online schooling and being able to check who is currently online is really helpful. If a student forgets to clock in or out, updating the timesheet is simple to do. The reporting tools are also useful for reviewing monthly hours.
Cons
The thing that would make it even better is a feature that notifies admins whenever someone clocks in or out.

“budget-friendly solution”
Pros
My staff uses the mobile app daily and it holds up well for timesheets. The pricing fits our budget and the option to pay yearly for a better deal is a nice touch.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is how they push cash?advance offers to employees. That feels like crossing a line. The reporting tools could use more depth too so we can pull cleaner, more detailed info.

“Clean dashboard with flexible clock ins”
Pros
Being able to clock in from anywhere was a big win for us and the platform delivered on that. The layout was simple, the dashboard stayed clean without feeling cluttered and everything was simple to follow and understand.
Cons
In the end it just wasn't the right fit for what we currently need. We were looking for a tool that would let our foreman clock an entire crew in and out at the same time.

Pros
Having access to the software from anywhere makes a big difference. I can update the schedule, message the team, look for shift coverage and keep my staff informed about everything that's happening.

“Helpful reminders with pay tracking”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is getting reminders so you make it to work on time. On top of that it lets you see your weekly earnings before taxes which is really helpful. You just enter your estimated hourly wage and whenever a new schedule is posted for the week, it shows how much you could make.
Cons
The cash advance feature can definitely be tempting to use but overall it's still handled in a respectable way.

“scheduling saves valuable time”
Pros
Being able to duplicate schedules from one week to the next and choose your own week start date makes planning out a full month ahead much more manageable. They also regularly provide free upgrade trials and the added features in those upgrades would be really important if our business were bigger.
Cons
Its mobile app isn't as convenient when it comes to building and adjusting schedules and on the free plan it's a bit limiting that only one email address/account can be assigned as an administrator. I'd also like more options for customizing the calendar printout since an entire month doesn't fit onto a single page.

“Team setup process stays simple”
Pros
I must say everything about it is simple and self-explanatory. Employees do not need to do much on their side and the whole system is pretty user friendly for just about anyone to use.
Cons
The mobile app seems to be built mostly with employees in mind. Because of that, the features available for employers are quite limited.
