“Amazing features
Pros
Has been simple for me and my team to use. Editing timecards and checking punch-in and punch-out times is quick and I really enjoy being able to chat directly with my employees. There are so many helpful features packed into the app.
Cons
Honestly, I enjoy every part. There's nothing negative I can point out.

It keeps track of everyone's clock-ins and turn them into weekly sheets I can download and edit easily.
Cons
Every now and then it misses one of our clock-ins or clock-outs even though it doesn't happen too often.

Pros
I like opening the app and seeing a full view of who's working, their shifts and what department they're in. The layout helps me spot open time, send messages, swap shifts, request time off and even get a rough idea of what my paycheck will look like.
Cons
People who work overnight shifts need an easier way to ask for time off. It should either show the shift clearly or guide you step by step, otherwise you might ask for the wrong hours and get it rejected.

“glitches too often
Pros
It feels pretty tech-friendly and I like that the layout works well on both mobile and desktop.
Cons
There are moments where the system glitches badly. Shifts sometimes duplicate out of nowhere and deleting one copy makes all of them disappear. Building schedules gets annoying because it won't let you move to the next week unless you pick a copy option. The payroll setup needs help too since dates get mixed up, communication feels weak and support replies take two days which makes it tough when you need quick help.

“Perfect for managing time and clock-in system for a start-up
Pros
If you are new to the whole productivity/timekeeping area then homebase is great starting point. It has some great features which as a startup i have used, such as building my own rota for the month and scheduling timeoff. also it comes with a free plan so you can make most of it before paying into a monthly subscription.
Cons
I would have liked some of the paid features to be free, which is why I left and canceled my account. If those features were included, I would have stayed.

“I don't plan on changing because its an Fantastic app
Pros
The schedule building part. Its really easy to make a schedule for over 30 people! The copy from a past week is a great time saver. We also use the timeclock. Very easy to correct those who forget to clock in or out. Also I can tell by the dashboard who hasn't clocked in or isn't here.
Cons
I can't think of anything. We've been using it for quite a while now.
