Pros
The scheduling and the timeclock features are my favorite.
Cons
The shift reminders can be a bit overwhelming some days but I'm not sure if I turned that feature off or if it just went away. It's no longer an issue.

An easy system to keep everyone up to date on schedules or make changes to scheduling and availability.
Cons
Setting roving or static availabilities can be tricky at times without having to change the entire schedule, but it improved mostly after I spoke with customer service.

Relatively easy to use, the color-coding is also really helpful on most occasions.
Cons
When you change an employee's shift department for that day, the color doesn't change for you.

I love the fact that They have a free program that I can use to track my employees' clock in and out. I also love that I can use it for Payroll.
Cons
The mobile version is different from the desktop version, and I prefer the desktop version.

Pros
For what we needed, this app felt like a decent middle ground compared to pricier options with extra bells and whistles. Now that I've dealt with their support, I'm starting to see why it costs less because the help they offer just isn't strong at all.
Cons
When I first talked to their team, they acted super interested in what I needed but as soon as I paid, everything went silent. I've reached out several times for help and still haven't gotten a single reply.

This software is very easy to use and comes with exceptional customer service. Plus, it is free for companies with fewer than 20 employees which is a fantastic benefit.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints. We use it solely for scheduling and do not integrate it with payroll so it serves its purpose well.

Pros
The websites accessibility is a major plus. It is easy to reach and navigate which enhances the overall user experience.
Cons
The software is not very phone-friendly. I have an iPhone (iOS) and unfortunately it does not work well with it. However, it performs excellently on my laptop.

I found it super helpful that I could keep an eye on timesheets and match them up with the schedule so easily. The menu at the bottom took me straight to what I needed. I also liked having a space to chat with coworkers either one?on?one or in groups.
Cons
I started feeling like this tool focuses more on restaurants than other industries. The role system is really limited too and each role's access is super restricted with barely any flexibility. I really wish they had more choices and let us adjust permissions in a deeper way because that would make the whole setup much easier to understand.

Setting up schedules got so much simpler once I started using it and having everything gathered in one spot really helps me stay organized without bouncing around different tools.
Cons
Working in a hotel means I'm constantly moving around different departments so I've always wanted a smoother way to set up group chats for everyone. Having easier options for creating department-wide and full-staff conversations would really help us stay organized.

It lets people receive alerts and each person can adjust the kind of reminders they want.
Cons
Trying to put schedules together wears me out. I've sent multiple requests to support and none have been acted on. I can't even use my keyboard to tab or select things. Picking a role means scrolling endlessly since I can't type to filter anything. Departments disappear after setting them up and the biggest headache is not being able to upload schedules from a simple CSV file. Their builder forces you into using their slow interface for every step.

Great how everything sits inside one place. We can clock in, handle payroll and share updates with the entire team all from the same spot.
Cons
I've noticed the price keeps going up and the printed checks don't show basic details like our business name or account info. They also keep pushing their cash-out program on new hires and some of them thought they had to sign up to get paid. That really needs to be fixed.

It really helps me send my hours to clients quicker and those shift reminders keep me on track. I also enjoy how much I can adjust things to fit how I work.
Cons
I'd really appreciate mileage tracking since the app already uses GPS. It would also be great if it could clock me in automatically when I arrive at a saved work location, then clock me out once I leave.
