expensive compared to WhenIWork

Pros

Found it user friendly plus I get a clear view of what's going on and the alerts help me spot when someone shows up late.

Cons

It bothers me that I can't publish just one shift at a time. It also feels pricey compared to WhenIWork. The calendar starting from Wednesday feels odd, the site logs me out randomly and the pages load slowly.

Pros

Friendly website

Pros

Ever since I started using it, the mix of a clean website and a smooth app has made things easier for both me and my staff. My team handles time?off requests and shift trades inside the app now so I'm not drowning in messages all day. I mainly rely on it as a digital schedule but the built?in clock?in feature adds even more value.

Cons

I've used the app regularly and honestly haven't run into anything that caused trouble for me. Everything has worked without giving me headaches so far.

well-trained support team

Pros

I've had a really smooth time using it and anytime I've reached out to their support team, they've treated me kindly and responded fast which made things even better for me.

Cons

I keep wishing there were more options for quick, on?the?fly reports so I could look up details whenever I need them.

Easy communication

Pros

One of the best parts for me is how simple it is to talk to anyone I need. I can drop group updates, send shoutouts or message someone directly without switching apps.

Cons

The clock?in spot can be so specific that it gets frustrating at times. There are days when people can't clock in unless they're exactly on schedule even though the setting to allow it is turned on.

free scheduling options

Pros

As a small business owner, having free scheduling and timekeeping has been such a relief. The automatic texts and emails when schedules get updated help my team stay on track and the texting tool inside the app makes staying in touch way easier.

Cons

Some small tweaks could make things smoother like giving the clock?in button a bigger, clearer look so employees don't miss it. It would also help if we could adjust clock?in times with a required comment for accuracy. We've also run into odd glitches where people get kicked out of the team and have to reinstall the app just to get back in.

can duplicate weekly schedules easily

Pros

Repeating schedules every week saves me a lot of time and making changes or letting the team swap shifts doesn't feel stressful. The chat area is great for new hires because they don't need everyone's phone numbers.

Cons

The geo?fence feature becomes a headache for folks who work at our second location even though I understand why the feature is there in the first place.

Doesn't track time in Zendesk

Pros

I rely on it a lot when I'm planning out how much coverage we have for different shifts. It helps me balance things so my support team doesn't get overwhelmed.

Cons

I really need something that tracks time inside Zendesk because I want to know whether my agents are actually staying on task.

budget-friendly solution

Pros

My staff uses the mobile app daily and it holds up well for timesheets. The pricing fits our budget and the option to pay yearly for a better deal is a nice touch.

Cons

One thing that really bothers me is how they push cash?advance offers to employees. That feels like crossing a line. The reporting tools could use more depth too so we can pull cleaner, more detailed info.

Useful interview feature

Pros

Creating schedules doesn't take a lot of effort. The interview tool is helpful too since it sends messages to applicants automatically and posting job ads right from the system saves extra steps.

Cons

I schedule my team from Tuesday to Monday so it throws me off that the builder only works Monday through Sunday. I'd also love a way to place shadow?day visitors on the schedule without counting them as official staff.

lacks some features

Pros

It is very user-friendly but it doesn't cover everything we need long term. Since it doesn't handle payroll or benefits, we're planning to switch once we find something that fits our full HR needs.

Cons

My version feels limited compared to others I've tried. Switching between employees is awkward and managers end up doing all the time edits and PTO entries manually, things that should ideally be handled by employees with managers just approving.

Pros

The tidy layout makes everything easy to find. Even with so many sections I didn't feel lost while moving around the app.

Cons

I haven't faced anything majorly negative yet. Sometimes the text feels too small and a dark mode option would definitely be easier on the eyes.

Does everything expensive tools do

Pros

Using the platform feels smooth from the beginning and it honestly matches tools that cost way more. Sending a quick text with a download link for new hires is a feature I didn't know I needed.

Cons

Figuring out who should get which alerts felt a bit messy at first but once I sorted those settings out, the whole thing became pretty simple to manage.

reminders for upcoming shifts

Pros

This system helps me keep track of schedules, hours and PTO for my whole team without confusion. The automatic reminders for upcoming shifts help make sure nobody forgets when they're supposed to work.

Cons

When I cancel a shift, I wish the system would automatically alert the employee so they don't show up without knowing their schedule changed.

quick and simple

Pros

The thing that stands out most for me is how easily I can request time off, check when I'm working next or reach someone on my team. Nothing feels dragged out and everything loads fast.

Cons

Haven't run into many issues though logging in can feel slow sometimes. It doesn't save my username which can be annoying but I also get that it helps keep everyone's info safer.
