“Icims for hiring
Pros
I appreciate that the software sends me timely email updates about each applicant. These emails are sent from the recruiter to me and also to the applicant when necessary.
Cons
As a person who is frequently on the go, I haven't found a mobile application for ICIMS. Hiring managers should have the flexibility to use their smartphones for on the go hiring and resume review.

“iCIMS Applicant Tracking
Pros
One of the standout features of iCIMS is its configurability and the ability to communicate with candidates via text, a functionality not commonly found in other ATS modules. The system allows for effective management of numerous requisitions and candidate activities. The dashboard is an excellent feature that provides users with a quick overview of their data.
Cons
It would be beneficial to increase the character limit for text in order to provide more information to candidates. The candidate experience could be improved by allowing for multiple resumes and cover letters.

“A Great Tool for Talent Acquistion
Pros
It offers great flexibility in tracking the candidate pool and matching them with specific requisitions. The entire candidate tracking system is highly useful in staying on top of the right talent for our open positions.
Cons
I wish there was a way to receive interview feedback from hiring managers. Additionally, there should be restricted access to candidate information, especially for sensitive details like salary. Providing restricted access to hiring managers would make our job much easier.

“iCIMS Recruit Review
Pros
This software makes the recruitment and job application process a breeze, especially when multiple companies utilize it. Your information is saved, making the application process even easier. The user interface is simple and seamless.
Cons
The resume importing feature is not as efficient as it could be. Sometimes the software misinterprets job titles, dates, or other details from the resume into the application, necessitating manual input of the information.

“Robust but still not fully intuitive
Pros
The software is robust and allows for the completion of all onboarding paperwork before the employee's first shift.
Cons
It still lacks full intuitiveness. For my first job posting, I didn't realize it didn't get posted to external job sites because it required an additional step that was never prompted.
