“The worst ATS I've ever used
Pros
Unfortunately, I can't find any positives about working with iCIMS. Honestly, I'm relieved that I don't have to use this software in my workflow.
Cons

“iCIMS Saves Time & Money
Pros
Prior to implementing the iCIMS applicant tracking system, we were manually handling everything, including reports. Our candidates were frustrated because we had no way to maintain their information in a profile, so they had to send us their resumes and fill out applications each time they applied for a position we were sourcing. We saved everything laboriously in a Dropbox folder for our clients. Now everything is automated our clients have access to candidate materials at their fingertips, and we're much more efficient.
Cons
If you're new to applicant tracking software, the learning curve to get started with iCIMS can be quite steep. It requires a significant time commitment from the integration team to work closely with the iCIMS team for setup. The resume parsing functionality could also be improved.

Pros
I briefly used this software before my previous company switched to a proprietary system. Honestly, it was better than what we switched to. Much more intuitive and easy to navigate.

I appreciate how you can link your LinkedIn account to sign in to this platform. It speeds up the account creation process and automatically fills in personal data.
Cons
While it is possible to log in with a LinkedIn account, it's inconvenient to create a new account for each company you apply to. It would be more practical to have a single account that can be used for all applications. Creating multiple accounts for different job applications is impractical and time consuming.

Pros
The iCIMS product provides everything I need in an ATS. It handles job postings, candidate workflow, and much more. I can create candidate pipelines based on skillset, which is an excellent organizational tool. The tool is also customizable to our needs we recently added an offer feature, and a new scheduling tool was just implemented.
Cons
Some of the features are not very intuitive. The candidate database search function can be confusing at times.

“Recruiting with ICIMS
Pros
ICIMS has fantastic additional features, such as TextRecruit, that make it convenient and effortless to interact with candidates. Adding candidates to ICIMS is extremely straightforward and user friendly. It's also great that it has a dashboard on the homepage, which provides easy access to current candidate data.
Cons
It would be great if iCIMS had a more visually appealing design. Compared to other recruiting software I've used, it appears quite plain.

I appreciate how convenient it is to recruit candidates, view resumes and screen candidates with ICIMS. I use it every day for onboarding and recruitment purposes.
Cons
Occasionally, while viewing candidates, the page forces a reload, causing me to lose the candidate I was previously viewing and requiring a search to find them again.
