Indeed is fast and simple to use which matters a lot when I am trying to hire someone quickly. It speeds up the whole recruiting workflow and helps me sift through candidates efficiently because I can specify exactly what I'm after. Plus the employer portal puts everything in one convenient spot so I can easily access applications, messages and job details without jumping between different tools.

Cons

There's nothing about it that I dislike. As per me the whole process from posting a role to finding candidates runs well. And it is the best both for my own job search and for advertising openings when I need to hire staff.

According to me it better than LinkedIn because when we posted the same openings on both platforms I noticed we received significantly more high-quality applicants through this site.

One drawback I've noticed is that some employers take a long time to reply or never provide any feedback after I apply. Honestly I cannot think of many downsides. If I had to quote one I would say sometimes I have to refresh job postings to keep them visible and occasionally listings don't close properly when I am done managing a position which is really frustrating.

In the UK, most job seekers use Indeed and we get about 70% of our applicants through it. The Go to Dashboard button also moves around which is confusing when I am trying to work quickly.
