“Helps motivate applicants, easy messaging”
Pros
The software helps me find employees and actually motivates candidates to submit applications. Messaging through it is also pretty simple and fast and I love using that feature to pre-screen and filter out applicants who clearly don't meet our requirements.
Cons
We'd really like to see better tools for filtering applicants especially a setting that blocks people under eighteen from applying so we don't waste time on age-ineligible candidates.

“Easy team collaboration, steady applicants”
Pros
Indeed for Employers makes it easy for teams to work together on hiring. The interface is alos user-friendly, pricing is fair and we get a steady flow of applicants. In hospitality that is an industry known for being hard to recruit for we have consistently filled our roles using Indeed.
Cons
Setting up sponsorships can be tricky as it is easy to accidentally pay for too much time or overspend. Also the controls for skipping or canceling sponsorships are not very clear so I ended up handling all sponsorships myself instead of letting hiring managers manage them.

“high-quality candidates, flexible pricing”
Pros
It draws high-quality candidates, offers flexible pricing and lets me target applicants while setting budgets for each role and location.
Cons
The campaign setup is confusing and I often need help from an account manager to confirm we have configured everything correctly. Also the billing is limited and does not suit us because invoices can only be delivered in a single format.

“Easy posting, great organizing tools”
Pros
Posting jobs is easy now and my dashboard has great tools for organizing applicants. Overall Indeed always delivers strong results and saves us a lot of time during hiring.
Cons
We occasionally come across applicants who don't match the listed qualifications or who unintentionally submit multiple applications.

“Great for talent hunting”
Pros
The tool is great for finding new talent. Also it is very user-friendly, packed with features and shows stats for active jobs.
Cons
It feels a bit expensive yet I still consider it the best place to locate new hires and to advertise job openings.

“huge audience, easy use, good value”
Pros
Indeed reaches a huge audience and is very easy to use. Also applicants can message me and I can send applications back to them. And in my experience, sponsoring posts and creating ads offer good value for the money.
Cons
One improvement I'd like to see is an option to delete messages or move them into folders so I can stay organized for each role. It would also help if job adverts could accept attachments.

“Likes checking applicant status from homepage”
Pros
I really like that I can check an applicant's status right from the homepage. In that way, anyone who logs in can quickly see where we are in the hiring process and pick up where we left off.
Cons
My only complaint is that I wish there were more built-in screening options beyond the additional ones we have to buy which is really the sole drawback I can point to.

“applicant quality is hit or miss”
Pros
The software gives my job ads great exposure especially useful when hiring in bulk or for entry-level roles. Posting is also simple and the employer dashboard is easy to use. Moreover built-in screening questions and messaging help me shortlist candidates faster and more effectively.
Cons
However I do find the quality of applicants can be hit or miss and I often get a flood of irrelevant or underqualified resumes. Also the targeting and filtering tools feel more limited than newer recruiting platforms I've tried. Plus if I boost listings with paid promotion, costs can climb quickly and there is no clear ROI tracking to justify the spend.

“has gone down recently”
Pros
It lets me ask pre-screening questions so I can quickly filter out unsuitable candidates. And it also offers lots of useful functionality.
Cons
Lately I have noticed it's not following the qualification rules I set up and I am not sure if it's a bug.

“Most dependable hiring site”
Pros
Indeed to be is the most dependable hiring site I have used so far, covering everything from searching candidates to offering suggested matches for open roles.
Cons
What I dislike most about it is how expensive it can become over time especially frustrating when you pay increasingly higher fees but still end up without a strong, hireable candidate to show for it.

“Simplified communication and tracking”
Pros
For our team, Indeed has really simplified communicating with applicants, going through resumes and keeping track of every person who applied to our current job posting.
Cons
Overall the tool is easy to use but the color scheme sometimes makes it difficult to tell which candidates I've already clicked on or reviewed. Sill this hasn't caused any major problems.

“Gets 50+ applicants”
Pros
My job posts get a lot of exposure as I often get over 50 applicants right away. It is also easy to review each one and decide who's qualified.
Cons
I have noticed that job posts can get buried quickly unless I update them often or pay to promote them.

“responses come quick”
Pros
I can tell an applicant's attitude within a few days of hiring. Also responses come quickly and smoothly and I have found their support helpful too.
Cons
It's a bit expensive so I am careful about using it especially if I do not plan to invest much. Still it does save me time.

“Go-to platform, reliable and efficient”
Pros
Let me tell you that I have used Indeed for all my hiring and it's been a great experience. The site is also easy to use and posting jobs is simple too. As right after I post, I usually get a strong batch of applicants. Plus built-in tools make it easy to filter candidates, message them and track where each one is in the process. I also really like that it gives me access to a wide range of candidates from entry-level to experienced pros and I can adjust listings anytime. The dashboard and messaging save a lot of admin time and customer support has always been quick to help. Overall it is my go-to hiring platform. Moreover it is reliable, efficient and has made recruiting much easier. I'd recommend it to any employer looking for quality candidates without the hassle.
Cons
Sometimes I get a huge number of applications and not all of them are a good fit. But I'd rather have too many candidates than too few. As its filtering tools help me sort through them quickly and make the process much easier.

Pros
The software is very user-friendly and it's widely recognized. Also using Indeed has allowed me to consistently locate highly qualified candidates for our openings.
Cons
There are not any major drawbacks I can point to about the software. As I feel the fee structure is fair and it offers the adaptable pricing options I require for different hiring needs.
