UI feels really interactive and easy to use.
Cons
We often run into service delays when our main contact person switches roles. It's common for us to waste time just trying to figure out who our new point of contact is.

Pros
Isolved adapts really well whenever our needs change. I also love that everything is in one place so I only have to enter employee info once. And their customer service has been great too.
Cons
There have been a few updates that came with some bugs but they're usually pretty quick to patch things up.

“Unmatched customer service, portal designs feel inconsistent

The customer service here is absolutely unmatched. Every person I've worked with really knows their stuff. I can't say enough good things about how helpful and knowledgeable the whole support team is.
Cons
The admin and employee self-service portals don't quite match visually, which can feel a bit jarring when you switch between them.

Pros
When client or company needs change, it adjusts smoothly and because everything is stored in a single database I only have to enter employee details one time. I also find the customer support to be outstanding and very helpful.
Cons
I've noticed a handful of updates arrived with bugs, yet the team usually responds fast and gets fixes rolled out quickly so disruptions don't last long.

Pros
From my experience, the customer service here is absolutely unmatched, every consultant I've worked with genuinely knows their stuff inside and out. I honestly can't say enough about how consistently helpful and knowledgeable the support team has been.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that the admin and ESS portals don't visually match and I find it a bit jarring whenever I switch between them.

I use it every single day and I love how much it can do. The reporting options feel endless and I can handle payroll, time tracking, HR stuff, and onboarding all in one spot. And that's just the beginning, the customer service team has always been really helpful when I need them.
Cons
when they do updates in the background, the screen layouts change without any warning. I only find out when I go to that specific area.

Pros
The customer service really stands out to me. I'm usually connected to someone within a minute or two and they can help me right away. What's really refreshing is that if they can't solve something immediately, they'll research it and call me back. Its very easy to use and it handles everything we need. I also love how it integrates smoothly with our benefits and open enrollment system, it makes things so much easier.
Cons
It handles the basics well but it's not really an all-in-one solution for us. We still need separate systems for benefits, time tracking and recruiting. Honestly everything feel old-school because we're still doing most things on paper first and then manually typing the data in later. I'd definitely recommend it for smaller companies like ours but it's just not built for larger organizations.

The setup and customization process was surprisingly good.. I really appreciate the online time cards and how well the system adapts to different employee needs. Running payroll is simple and onboarding new hires online is so much easier than our old data entry process.
Cons
There's not much I dislike. Sometimes the AI can be a little off but I'm getting used to working with it. Overall this is still the best tool and it works really well for me.

For the most part, its quite easy to use. My rep, Jodi has been fantastic, she helped optimize alot of things that weren't set up right before I started. And our open enrollment coordinator, Tahisia Morrow was absolutely incredible. She stayed on top of everything, was really thorough and gave us excellent support the entire time.
Cons
Every single time there's a system update, we run into login problems and other glitches that mess up our whole workflow.

I can process payroll without any hiccups and my team loves that they can access their paystubs and tax documents whenever they need them. Whenever I have a issue, support is usually there to help me out quickly.
Cons
Not run into any big problems so far. We just use the basic functions and whenever something comes up, their phone support fixes it super quickly and usually in just a few minutes.
