“great dedicated support, slow internal routing
Pros
Having a dedicated helpdesk is a game changer for our small team. When we hit a snag or find a bug, I just call them and they fix it pretty quick. It's a relief knowing there's a team just for helping us troubleshoot.
Cons
sometimes I get stuck in an email loop, having to contact multiple people. It would be so much easier if they could just forward my message to the right person internally.

“constant login and data issues
Pros
The main reason I'm sticking around is because of a few amazing people: Tracy anderson, sarah-Louise Warren, sandra Barnet and Dianne (sorry, forgot her last name!). They've been exceptional. Just to be clear, they can only do so much and aren't the ones who caused my issues.
Cons
The way this company is set up in separate silos is a huge headache. I've started my own spreadsheet to track issues because they just sit in someone's queue forever. Their support is a total gamble and the person who answers the phone often doesn't know how to fix things or seems poorly trained. Data feeds break all the time and nothing feels user-friendly. The login issues are endless too. My HR team wastes so much time helping employees with password resets that don't work, mysterious blocks and confusing instructions. Even our other vendors complain about having to work with this system. The company's reputation in the industry really says it all.

“great employee self service
Pros
Love that employees have so much control over their own accounts. They can handle most things themselves without bugging HR. The interface is simple and you don't need much training to figure it out.
Cons
It's been a real challenge to get communications about payroll issues and bank rejections sent to me as the new admin. They're still going to the old administrators even though I'm the only one handling payroll now.

Pros
Having everything in one place is a lifesaver, HR, payroll, incentives all of it. The customer support team is awesome and has never left me hanging. They're always there when I need help!
Cons
Mobile version is very limited. You can't do things like handle reimbursements on the app, you have to switch to a computer for that.

Pros
appreciate that it keeps track of everything in one spot, makes my workflow so much smoother. Setup was so simple and getting users trained was easy. Whenever I've contacted support, they fix things fast. We use it all day, every day and it keeps our whole team organized and on track.

This tool has made my job way more efficient! since I focus on compliance, building custom reports and setting up automatic reminders has been a game changer for staying on top of everything.
Cons

What impressed me was how approachable it is right from the start. The onboarding process has been totally smooth for both our team and new hires and I haven't run into any headaches getting people set up with cloud access. Having employees clock in and out directly from their phones is super convenient for us. Because of the Teams integration, managing questions and time-off requests moves along much more naturally. On the admin side, the HR tools feel interactive and adaptable and we've got alot of options to tailor things exactly the way we need them. With such an extensive set of features at hand, handling our workforce genuinely feels easy now.
Cons
I've noticed that the time-tracking features can be somewhat unreliable on occasion, causing intermittent glitches and frustration for staff trying to record their hours.

Cons
The recent updates have been pretty frustrating. It feels like they're pushing out releases without testing them enough first. Over the past year, I've noticed more things breaking or just not working right after an update. As a service bureau this puts us in a tough spot because we have to rely on our client relationships to maintain trust when the platform isn't reliable.

Pros
Paperless onboarding is fantastic. It works great on both my phone and computer with online tax forms and everything. Most people on my team find it easy to use and it doesn't just handle the basic hiring stuff and it also adapts to our custom needs. I can easily track where a new hire is in the process and my team can jump in and handle different parts when needed.
Cons
admin side can be frustrating at times. Some online forms don't integrate with the onboarding module yet and you can't get an electronic sign-off for all form types. I'd also like more options to customize the welcome emails that get sent to new hires.
